Target has them all the time, 12 or 13 for $1.50 or so. I just bought some yesterday for all the new clothes DD received over Christmas.

Tustin, CA is now 75% off. Quite a few trees are up above the giftwrap aisle. I'm nearly done with stocking stuffers for my DD and her cousins to open at my Dad's next year...I even got 3 of the robo mini pets, a couple of sets of the brain twisters (those were a big hit this year, and likely to be lost by next year), and a Santa doorstop that I absolutely LOVE. I think I will hit a couple more stores while running some errands this afternoon. I forgot to mention the signs still said 50%, but thanks to the Gottadeal members I knew to scan things! They rang up at 75%, someone was changing the signs as I left

RUN to Kohls!! Clearance 90% off!
trbarginhunter replied to aidansmommy's topic in Offline Hot Deals
Picked up a number of Carter's infant wear items today, 80% off. DH's cousin just had twins (a boy and a girl) and another family member is expecting a girl in February, so I bought a lot of outfits. Funny thing, I had just looked at a couple of the items at the Carter's store, and they were a lot cheaper at Kohl's! Our Kohl's had a reasonable selection in all sizes up to about 4T. Onesis, sleepers, sleep and play sets, dresses, tops and shorts....all 80% off. -

last minute gift for mom
trbarginhunter replied to bsutton1's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
A plant with the gift cards on those sticks as "flowers". A vase with a bouquet with the gift cards. An organizer box (whatever she might use--shoes, wrappingpaper, craft) with the gift cards inside. A kitchen trash can, cards inside (ok, I want a new trash can...what can I say). One of those desk organizer things for stationary (cute set at Target). A planner for the New Year (love mine, don't like the PDA--check an office supply store). Glass display jar, filled with potpourri or whatever (saw a cute one at Bed, Bath and Beyond). Hope that Helps. -
I buy everything at Target on a credit card. I love the fact that they will look it up for me when I can't find the receipt. And since I have a picky teeny bopper living here (DD is 13) it makes life easier. I've even got DH to buy it on the credit card at Target. Old Navy did a look up for me recently as well....

Staples printable coupon $25 off $50
trbarginhunter replied to nodeerhere's topic in Offline Hot Deals
DH used the coupon for two cases of paper, which were on sale 2 for $60. Manager had to override, but we buy a lot of office supplies there, so they did it no problems. -
I ordered a camera bag for my husband (couldn't use the coupon, but he really wanted it) and it arrived on Tuesday. So, hopefully everyone will receive all their gift items by Christmas Eve!

Need a good deal on a CRICUT machine...
trbarginhunter replied to zinnbball's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
Oh, I love my Cricut. Try Joann fabrics,Kim's Korner (http://www.freewebs.com/kimskorner/pricelist.htm) and memorymiser.com....and you have to look at the description to see what each "package" comes with. I've ordered cartridges, etc from Kim and always been pleased. If you have a Micheal's or a Hobby Lobby, check there, too. -
Fisher Price SMART CYCLE ! I NEED ONE !
trbarginhunter replied to jenrob29's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
I saw some at our local Toys R Us about a week ago, so you might call your local store and see if they have any in stock. I don't know about ordering from them online and getting it on time.... Good Luck, I hope you find one! -

Monopoly Electronic Banking
trbarginhunter replied to LauraLorek's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
I got one at WalMart--It was up on the top of the stack of games, on the top shelf. It took a bit of persuasion to get the employee to get it down, but my nephew will be soooo happy. So, you might want to check there.... Good Luck! -
CHEAP gift for 12 yo girl
trbarginhunter replied to guilliam's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
Our DD is 13, I'd say Hannah Montana CD, etc, Or High School Musical if she's in to that. Stuffed toys are still big here--they are now used to listen to all the angst of middle school. Or books, but DD is a real bookworm, so that may not be universal. The Faerie Path was a big hit for her birthday. Jewelry of any type is great, and if she's allowed nail polish that's a big hit, too. My sister buys DD purses, ususally from Marshalls or TJMaxx, or Target. Hope that Helps! -
Need gift for single brother--Food?
trbarginhunter replied to fulkersonm's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
Depending on where on the west coast, I wouldn't send citrus. I'm in So California, we have plenty here!. I'd send Harry and Davids (Costco had a deal at Costco.com) or Omaha Steaks, or gift certificates to national chain restaurants. -
Check your local high school or middle school as well. I know ours are collecting donations, and they are collecting for older kids (teens and tweens). Our local library has a Santa Tree as well, but I don't know if it is for a specific organization.

Our furbaby is a standard poodle. She has her own stocking, which we stuff, and she has gifts that we wrap. Usually they are toys or a new t shirt (childern's small on clearance from Target/Kohl's). She also gives gifts to our daughter--a pink poodle webkinz, poodle stationary, whatever. They both love their presents...

Saw them at Sprouts today, if you live near one....

I bought DH an Eddie Bauer long at Target, he loves it. Warm, comfortable and long enough. We live in Southern California, though. It doesn't get really, really cold here...although it seems plenty cold to us!
