I usually get our's when they go on sale for about .29 per pound. I never pay very much for it. I get a pretty good sized one because everyone here is happy to get it since Thanksgiving is the only time I cook it.

At our house Santa gets pumpkin pie and eggnog. We are certain that he is tired of cookies and milk. Besides that, pumpkin pie is Santa's favorite.lol

This is almost the same exact recipe I use. It is quick, easy, and really good.

I am almost always the first one up on Christmas morning. I make the coffee and wait for the kids to get up. Hubby is usually up around the same time as the kids. The latest they have ever slept is about 8:30.

You are welcome. I love this site for sooo many reasons. I have gotten some really great ideas here.

The Red Strokes, Wild Horses, Baton Rouge, The Thunder Rolls...nawh, don't listen to Garth at all.lol I like his music but he has changed and I don't like him as much as I used to.

Since I decorate every room in the house for Christmas, I use gingerbread people and cany ornaments in the kitchen. I bought two of the candle holders at WM last year after the holidays. They are white and look as though they have candy canes in them. I will use them and some really great greenery with "ice" on it that I got at Hobby Lobby yesterday for $1.00 each. With some red shiny ornament balls, I will be finished with the centerpiece. I also got some beautiful red chargers for the table for $1.00 each. They will look great with the centerpiece. I watch Martha everyday. She has some really neat ideas and alot of them are very simple.

The only CP Babies our store has are not in the "special" package. I am keeping a watch out for them though.

I am after one of those. The sale starts at 5am and I will be there no later than 2am. I am going to try to get there at 1 or 1:30 but not sure yet. I always go early and the people who get there at 6am get on my nerves when they get ticked because there is alreeady so many people in the store.lol

I mostly shop at WM on BF and I always use a flat bed cart.lol I get one as soon as I go in and fill it up. It's the only way to go with the large items in that crowd. It's really not that hard to get around with it, and you won't have to worry about things falling off of the top of the buggy.

That's ok.lol I thought it was so funny when I looked at those pictures. My girls would do that just to irritate me.lol

I started making stockings and tree skirts a long time ago. They got way too high in the stores. As a matter of fact, I just sold a set the other day, mantle cover, tree skirt, four stockings, and a table runner. I haven't tried to put names on them but I may try it this year.

I watch Christmas Vacation on a regular basis.lol I even watch it in the summer. I also like watching Steel Magnolias around the holidays. I got the kids Elf last year and we love it, too. I can't wait to get Polar Express.(Nov. 22nd)

I haven't seen this one. I will have to ask son about this because he and his friends went to see it last year when it came out.

I have thought about getting one of those bases that rotate and play music. But, the way things turn out around here, that would somehow end up being a disaster.lol
-
I'm sorry, I meant that I have a hard time keeping them supplied, I can only imagine how hard it would be if they used them for crafts, or for the shoes in the picture. lol
-
I put them under the tree as soon as they are wrapped.

Actually, my worst Christmas was the year I had my dd on Christmas Eve(1993). She was the best gift I could ever get, but, I went into the hospital about 7:30 in the morning, had her about 8:00, spent the rest of the day crying because she was so beautiful and because I felt sad for the two oldest because mommy was in the hospital on Christmas. I brought her home around noon on Christmas Day, so I didn't even feel like getting out of bed and going downstairs. It was the best gift with the worst Christmas.lol

Boy, am I behind?!?!?! I haven't had much sleep lately so I am a mess.lol But, the ad wouldn't do me any good anyway. It's good for everyone who are able to get it, though.

I went to the nearest town with a Target, Hobby Lobby, and Ross. I have to say...I came home with a bunch of good deals. I got some Halloween decorations for next year for $.25-3.00, candy for $.49-.52 a bag, movies and cds for Halloween for $.25, and a whole lot of Christmas decorations. Oh, I almost forgot, I got a really nice coat at Ross, regular price $168.00, for $14.99. Had a pretty good shopping day. Then had to come home and keep looking for the dog.

We just send someone to get in line with the buggys about an hour before the sale starts and then everyone else runs around getting the rest of the items and put them in the buggy. When WM sale starts at 6am, we are always out of there by 6:20 at the latest.

I can't let my girls see that!lol I have a hard enough time keeping those things in the house without them using them for crafts and shoes!lol

Our WM does have one with Pooh, Tigger, and Eyore on it. Maybe I should get that one because the ones I have match it.

The snowglobe is cute, and high, but our WM sells out of them as soon as they get them in.
