My Sears' sales people are very helpful, maybe overly so lol. But I'm leary now because of their return policy (thanks for the post OP) I'm going to be getting a new washer/dryer soon and I'll be sure to check around first.

At least they actually took your call. During the google mess they actually disconnected me twice when all I wanted was to check on my order. Never did get someone to talk to me. Although maybe that was for the best. I don't deal well with rudeness

Thanks! Not sure mine has anything left but I'm heading there in the morning to check!

I take it the phone is out of warranty? You might want to call Cingular to see what the price would be on a reconditioned phone or if they have any special sales like closeouts or something. And if you're extra nice you might be able to get a good deal on a new one

I have never had a problem with them (I've had them several years) but I do get a lot of scam emails that look like paypal so you have to be careful. Just never click on an email link, go directly to the site to do anything and use a very strong password. :)

Thanks! Now if only I can get there before they run out of the good stuff.

I won it in a Tastykake sweeps that I entered here. :) Your idea sounds great! PM me if you'd still like to do this. I'd appreciate it!

Fisher Price kid tough camera
tdanette replied to Mirandamoes's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
My Walmart in NC had it for $35 and they looked like they were marking toys down again today (I saw the carts with stickers and stuff) -
From what I can gather, that's the name of the store- doesn't stand for anything. But the states listed on the stores homepage are Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Here's the store locator part of the website: http://www.wawa.com/storelocator/storeloc-home.asp

I won a $5 WAWA card but there aren't any in my area (or even in my state!) and you can't use it for internet purchases. The card is good for gas and merchadise at any WAWA store and is recharable. Would like to trade for a $5 Amazon code or something similar but if you have any other ideas let me know. I'd hate for this to go to waste.

Here's one at Wal-Mart for $19.88, ages 6 and up. Not sure what your price range is but Franklin makes electronic dictionaries for kids from this price on up to about $100 from what I saw. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?dest=9999999997&product_id=5171993&sourceid=1500000000000002029420 Here's another one at JR.com for $39.99 (and this one is eligible for the $10 off Google checkout) http://www.jr.com/JRProductPage.process?Product_Id=4005021&JRSource=nextag.datafeed.FRA+KID-1240

Ours still had a lot of stuff! I got x-large gift bags for .30, candy canes for .10, books for .10, chrismas carol cds plus book for .10, some cute figurines for .20, boxes of cards for .20, ornaments for .10, gumballs with santa or snowman keychain for .10. They also had lots of stockings, assorted puppets (santa, reindeer, etc), garland, gift boxes, etc. They also had 50% off of clothes. Some of it didn't look half bad. And 25% off of a lot of home stuff- laundry baskets, blankets, knife set, spice set, etc.

I've been waiting on a call from my mom telling me our Wal-Mart has started that. I was at another one today and it wasn't going on so maybe it's regional or store by store.

Perimeter Perusing at Target (Target Clearance Deals) - 2007
tdanette replied to 1angelnhvn's topic in Offline Hot Deals
UGH my Target is cleaned out- no clearance anywhere and new stuff being stocked. What a bummer, I really wanted that set of cookwear but they never even put it on sale much less clearance. -

Vacuum Cleaner - Inexpensive but effective?
tdanette replied to Kangaroo's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
That vaccum ROCKS! i love mine and it's even got the "self cleaning" duster. I saw them at Wal-Mart a few days ago for $78 and some change. It's definately worth the money. -

The Little House On The Prairie series is good too -
Mine is a Dimplex. I wish I had gone online and checked out some reviews or something first. Maybe you can find some good reviews for the one you're looking at- they are nice to have (and that's a great price!)
