Food poisoning is not a reason to keep you from BF shopping . Three years ago, I was sick as can be and still managed to get my butt out of bed at 3 am to go BF shopping (and I am not a morning person ). I had to stop in the bathrooms at the stores to hurl a couple of times, but nothing was going to stop me. After we finished all the stores and went to the mall, my husband insisted we stop by the doctor's office because I was so pale, he thought I was going to pass out. Turns out I did have food poisoning... I knew the turkey we had at a friend's house the day before tasted weird . Back to the original topic... my DH and I used to go BF shopping just the two of us, but two years ago we invited a friend to join us. She's been going with us ever since, and as far as I know, she will be with us again this year.

With the Paypal Plug-In (used to be called Paypal Virtual Debit Card), you can use Paypal anywhere that accepts credit cards. It generates a new credit card number everytime, and automatically pulls the money out of your Paypal account. New flavors this year... Fabulous! Normally they are pretty accurate in taste, but I have to say I've never thought Turkey and Gravy really tasted like it was supposed to. Also, Turkey and Gravy has got to be the absolute worst flavor of the Jones Holiday Packs. Two years ago, they had a Brussel Sprouts on in their holiday pack, and my DH and some friends and I are sitting around sampling these on New Year's Eve, and we all thought it tasted like broccoli instead (no, we hadn't been drinking any alcohol yet .)

"How difficult will it be to get a LCD 37"?" I couldn't say. I've never tried to buy a TV at Target on BF, but Target normally gets in more items than some of the other stores do. "Will everyone be crazy?" Here, everyone is always crazy on BF, Target's really no different. Some people will always run, shove, etc to get the deals, but I've never seen fighting, riots, or anyone getting really hurt at Target. I have seen all of this happen at other stores. "Is it a safe place for my wife?" As safe as any other place. LOL. I wouldn't really worry about it if I were her. I'm female, and I've done BF by myself many times and haven't ever gotten hurt.

The Hallmark stores here put the new Christmas Story ornaments out on November 3. There are also a couple of new ornament from Rudolph, Frosty the Snowman, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and Polar Express. I don't really remember much about them, I saw them on Saturday during the Holiday Open House event. Of the Rudolph ornaments, one was Hermey, one had Yukon and maybe Hermey (I can't exactly remember), and one was Rudolph and his mother (this one is pictured on the back of the Dream Book). The only Frosty one I can remember was of Frosty and the little girl (I want to say her name was Karen, but I'm not really sure about that either). Sorry, but that's all I can remember at this early in the morning.

Could you post the DPCI, UPC, or Model number for the Foodsaver? I haven't been into Target in a couple of weeks, and don't remember seeing any Foodsavers on clearance, so any of the info would be helpful. Thanks.

Refuse to shop there. I sent out my emails early this morning. I didn't get a chance to call today, but will definitely call them again tomorrow morning.

If you download and use the Paypal Virtual Debit Card, you can use Paypal on any web site. There is a link for the Virtual Debit Card on your Account Overview Page on the left hand side under Enhance Your Account. The Paypal Virtual Debit Card will generate a new credit card number every time you use it.

Use it for packing material instead of newspaper or styrofoam peanuts.

I haven't been in a Walmart in over 3 years, but I still plan on calling and emailing them about this because it's ridiculous. I will also be asking my friends (some of them do shop at Walmart) to call and email to complain about this.

You mail all of your receipts for the month and the submission form in one envelope.

I don't know of any substitute for the Dawn Wash n Toss. Personally, I like the Palmolive dish wipes better, but they discontinued them long before the Dawn ones got discontinued. Thankfully, I still have several boxes left. To the poster that suggested ebay, thanks for the suggestion. For some reason, I've never thought to look on ebay for something like this.

To keep warm if you live where it gets cold, dress in layers and wear a coat and remember to bring gloves. Also, those hand warmer things that Target and places sell work wonders. As for the rain and/or sleet, I normally bring a poncho to wear over my coat in case it rains, so I stay fairly dry. For bathrooms breaks, either bring someone with you to keep your place when you need to run off to the bathroom or have someone come and relieve you every few hours. Normally either I go with DH and if one of us needs to go to the bathroom we just drive to the nearest convenience store or grocery store to use their bathroom while the other waits in line or I have a friend who is more than happy to come by and take my place in line for a few minutes while I hunt down a bathroom if she's not already waiting at another store.
