I've never had any Black Friday experiences that have been all that bad. Nearly every year I get hit by a cart, pushed down, or pushed into a shelf (or display), but that also happens nearly every time I go shopping, not just on Black Friday. I've been ran over so many times by people in stores that I've kind of gotten used to it. Granted, it is a little weird , I'm a fairly large woman, and most times when someone hits me with their cart, they say "Sorry, I didn't see you"... yeah, unless I've became invisible, I highly doubt that. Other than incidents like that, the only thing I can think of is 3-4 years ago, I woke up around 2:30 am feeling sick as a dog. I figured it was just lack of sleep, so my husband and I went on out and did our shopping. I had to stop in the bathroom at a couple of stores to puke, but I kept going. After we had finished shopping, my husband took me to the doctor. After the checkup and the normal blood and urine tests, the doctor told me that I had food poisoning. But I still consider that a fairly good year because we got everything on our list and still had a bit of fun.

Oh, that is too funny. I always thought the purpose of the ads were to actually get people excited to come to your store and shop.... silly me .

I know my haiku is stupid, but I'm not very good at creative writing. So here it goes.... I will go shopping To the stores on Black Friday And find awesome deals.

1. More online sales with free or cheap shipping charges. 2. Stores should try to have larger quantities of the sale items in stock. 3. It's getting to the point where security stationed outside of the stores is a must for safety reasons and to stop line jumpers and people who rush the door.

Get what you came for and get out of the store. Stores are too busy on BF for browsing. If you are wanting something big or popular (ie. cheap computers) from Best Buy, plan on being in line Thanksgiving morning.

I haven't fully decided what to do with my Christmas trees this year. One will be decorated with Grateful Dead ornaments because I finally have enough of them this year to complete a tree. The other tree will probably be decorated with Hallmark and/or Carlton Card ornaments because I have so many of them. I don't know if I'm going to try to do a specific theme with that tree or not yet.

I can't really say that I actually "deserve" a free t-shirt, but the Gottadeal t-shirt I bought a year or two ago has been worn so many times it's beginning to look raggedy. So it would be nice to have a new t-shirt to replace it.

If you do the Walgreens EasySaver rebates, the September rebate starts on August 29, and there is over $40 worth of FAR items.

The first time I went BF shopping was with my dad when I was 11 or 12 years old. I'm 37 now, so I'd say about 25 years. Geez, I'm feeling old now.
