  1. Now, the fight will be over the rebate on my pyrex. I printed out the form, and it said the price needed to be 39.99 to get the rebate. The ad said rebate available. This will be interesting.
  2. AHHHHHHH SUCCESS! TRY PLACING YOUR ORDER NOW! Go Kohls! Dear Cindy, Thank you for your order! A copy of your order details has been sent to EMAIL. Your package should arrive between December 9 and December 15. Best Wishes, Kohls.com
  3. I... am... almost... there...
  4. Be Still my heart!
  5. I really didn't want to go to the store - it's next to a Toys R Us! That's too much craziness in one place! Oh great, now it's just kicking me back to the homepage faster than before.
  6. One of my loops, it completely lost my cart. I managed to rebuild it quickly (I only have two items in there) and I've been click on "Shopping Bag/Checkout" at the top and then "Checkout" and then... repeat. Again and again and again...
  7. I've only made this loop like 10 times so far.
  8. Frick! This just happened to me too!
  9. It's moving along, getting to check out... crossing fingers...
  10. I got back to the homepage, and my cart is gone.
  11. Still not getting anywhere.
  12. I clicked "Checkout." About five mins, just got to Billing and Shipping Info!
  13. Well I have two things in my cart right now... creeeeeeeping along...
  14. And site is being hammered...
  15. I'd get the Canon SD1200IS. Or the A1100IS. Another consideration is the Canon SD780IS, which also shoots video in HD for $199.
  16. So has anyone ever just bought up to $100 worth of things, and returned what they didn't want to get free shipping? I really only want the Pyrex set, maybe the silverware, but I can't find anything else I want.
  17. I have the America's Test Kitchen book for 2007, where they reviewed 12 mixers, but they reviewed it more for durability, so they kneaded dough. The KitchenAid Artisan is Recommended with Reservations - the kneading of dough caused audible strain on the motor, and narrow bowl mouth hindered tidy addition of ingredients. The KitchenAid Classic (4.5 quarts) is Not Recommended - "KitchenAid's smallest model seemed more like a toy and wasn't cut out for kneading dough." They recommend if all you are going to do is beat egg whites and stir cake mix, get a hand mixer, which I agree. I don't have the biggest kitchen, so my mixer doesn't sit on the counter. I can't even get to it easily because I don't have the cabinet space to easily put it away. But I still love it. And it's such a pretty blue.
  18. DO NOT BUY THE KODAK. Get the Nikon if you must stay under $100. Or get the Canon at Fry's for $129, but good luck navigating the insanity at the store.
  19. 1am? It's only 11:41pm over here. Although I am getting tired... I'm just watching.
  20. http://www.monoprice.com for the HDMI cable.
  21. Get the Artisan! *hugs her Artisan mixer, even though I haven't even opened it yet*
  22. The hubs only wants AE boxers. They are pretty comfortable with a good waistband.
  23. Keep checking here. We won't know ahead of time. http://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/OnlineSales
  24. Their lines aren't Best Buy worthy and we don't have a lot of Staples campers. If I was going to Staples, I'd probably head out at 2, 3am? If you want it badly, go earlier. It varies so much by area.
  25. Keep the Nikon. Forget about the Kodak. Digital Zoom is the computer within the camera zooming. Optical zoom is the actual lens zooming. You want more optical zoom than digital for better picture quality. Digital, to me personally, is worthless because if you print a digitally zoomed pic, it comes out grainy. http://www.photoxels.com/tutorials/optical-digital-zoom/
