  1. I THINK there is one, my husband locked down his sister's touch somehow. I have my first gen Nano and I still haven't bought a new one. I wonder how long I can keep this up
  2. I'd say "thank goodness." I think it's pretty obvious I don't have children at this time. I have the children of my friends, but they are still young and not at this stage yet. When they get older, they're getting gift cards.
  3. Not in my CA ad.
  4. ERGH. This week they had earphones for free after ECB (get 6.99 when you pay 6.99). My store only had the pink one left. The ad didn't SAY only black and silver, but the picture in the ad does. Frickity. I bought them hoping it would work, but no. Now I have to figure out if I exchange it, will it generate my ECB. Has anyone done this before? This morning, even with the unfortunate 9.99 charge: Crest toothpaste: 3.97 Oral B toothbrush 3.79 Oral B Toothbrush 3.79 Oral B Toothbrush 3.79 Oral B Toothbrush 3.79 Bio-True Contact Solution 2.99 Earphones 9.99 - 4.00/20 coupon - 2.99 CVS coupon for the Bio-True I got from the machine that morning - 3.79 for Oral B BOGO Free Coupon - 0.75 Oral B Toothbrush (exp 8/31) - 0.75 Oral B Toothbrush coupon (exp 9/30) - 0.75 Crest Pro-Health toothpaste coupon (exp 8/31) - 2.00 ECB - 5.00 ECB OOP 14.68, got 7.50 back, but it should have been OOP around 13.50, get 14.49 back. Also, the Oral-B is limit 2 per household this week. Going to the dentist today, and I'm hoping he has more Oral-B toothbrush coupons. I have 4.80ish more to go towards another 5.00
  5. Enjoying Walgreens too much recently - every week they have some nice pens on sale for 99 cents after the coupons. This week, almonds are 2/4 (not their best deal, as sometimes they do BOGO Free) but I discovered some of the cans have coupons in them for 0.75 off two, no expiration date.
  6. I used them to move the contents of my pantry during my move. they're an excellent size. I bring them grocery shopping every week.
  7. I got a 4/20 coupon the last two times I've gone to CVS. Amazing.
  8. ......... Clean and Clear is get $5 ECB when you buy $15. So of course the things I'd actually buy are priced at 4.79. Sigh. But on the bright side, I got a $4 off $20 this morning! YAY! Colgate total: 2.99 Clean and Clear face wash: 4.79 Clean and Clear blotting sheets x 3: 4.79 each - 1.00 C&C coupon from sunday - 1.00 C&C printable coupon from coupons.com or smartsource.com, can't remember which since I do it through mypoints. I was going to check if I had more to print but DARN, I already packed up my printer for my move. - 0.50 Colgate coupon from Sunday - 4.00 off $20 coupon - 4.99 ECB - 5.00 ECB OOP 7.34. They're charging the tax funky now, it seems to be charging on a little less than the after manufacturer coupon price but before ECB and CVS coupon price. Tax here is 9.25% Got 7.00 in ECB back.
  9. I always go in the mornings around 7am, and it's the same cashier everytime. He lets me do everything in separate transactions.
  10. Clearance only.
  11. You guys have much better toys available! I feel like my store has been raided, along with the remodel. I picked up some matchbox sets at 75% off, but it's hard - my friend's son is turning 3, so there aren't a lot of age appropriate toys available for him. I got him something that's rated 4+ but I think he's smart enough not to put the toys in his mouth.
  12. And hope that your cashier isn't named Cammie!
  13. Your quarterly earning ECBs print on the first day of the new quarter - so every 1/1, 4/1, 7/1 and 10/1 it's quarterly earnings YAY day!
  14. Quick run through this morning: U by Kotex: 4.99 (4.99 in ECB back, essentially free) Opti-Free Contact Lens Solution: 14.99 (5.00 in ECB back) (Woohoo! I actually use this one!) - 1.00 Kotex Coupon (here http://www.ubykotex.com/get_coupons/overview) - 4.00 Opti-Free Coupon (This past Sunday's paper) - 2.99 ECB - 3.50 ECB OOP 11.10, got 9.99 back. Now, does anyone know if the Aveeno deal with print out if I hit 19.99? I've managed it before at 14.96, but I haven't done this in a while. I can't find a good combination that doesn't send me seriously over. I love the shampoo, but three shampoos at 6.49 is at 19.50!
  15. You got a great deal tinkrbel, when I went on Wednesday, it was just a straight 50% off, and I was happy to get a couple of skirts for around 7.00. You got some great deals! The best shirt related deal I could scavenge were tanks, at around 2.00ish after the discount, and they only had XL and above left in the sizes.
  16. It's a good beginner set, which is all he needs. If he wants to get serious in the future, he can go to a golf shop. That set comes with a bag too that has a stand! The stand is nice when he's out on the course so it doesn't tip over. I like the bag that's like a backpack - even I could easily carry golf clubs!
  17. If he wants a decent set, he should consider getting measured.
  18. My PS3 does the same thing as your Samsung.
  19. Do you want one for just chocolate or does it have to do higher temps?
  20. I have this one, and I LOVE it. The little song it plays for me when it's done is cute. http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/onlineexclusives/kitchendining/kitchenelectrics/morekitchenelectrics/PRD~520040/Zojirushi+Micom+3Cup+Rice+Cooker.jsp It has made the best brown rice I have ever had in my life. My only caution with Zojirushi is NOT to buy this line: http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/onlineexclusives/kitchendining/kitchenelectrics/morekitchenelectrics/PRD~c17745/Zojirushi+Rice+Cookers.jsp I had one and no matter what I did, it made a mess every time I cooked from the "rice cooking sludge steam" escaping all over the place. It was gross.
  21. Rice cooker + slow cooker? I see potentials for disaster.
  22. I have a .edu email address, but I was wary to sign up due to this: To sign up for and use Amazon Student, you must (1) have an Amazon.com account, (2) be a college student actively enrolled in at least one course at a college geographically located in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, (3) be able to provide proof of enrollment upon request and (4) have a valid e-mail address that contains the domain suffix .edu. The chances of them auditing it is probably thin, but if your email address is something like alumni.universityname.edu, it probably won't fly. I had my sister sign up and she added me on.
  23. Well I picked up the B&L Contact solution that is free after ECB. I figured it's a small enough size to leave in my office so that when my contacts pop out, I'm not just shoving them back in my eye and blinking rapidly for the next ten minutes.
  24. Wow, I'd just buy the novelty post-its! It's available in my ad in California!
  25. My Target is currently undergoing renovations to modernize and to expand the grocery section. While nice, that unfortunately meant that they moved the toy clearance to two dedicated aisles that ANYONE can see! NOOOO! I saw a Tonka truck at 50% off I just couldn't pull the trigger on. I hope it's still there when I swing by again either Tuesday or Wednesday. I did pick up some "reusable" gift bags which I just plan to use as shopping bags for 74 cents, and a tray for 2 dollars.
