DD9: Ipod Nano (basic one as she is only 9) and case (she wants a pink one!) itunes giftcard she wants some school stuff (sweatshirt/pants, etc) DS games (she really wants the wizards of waverly place game) Hannah Montana the movie (already got) perfume (she loves any of the britney spears stuff especially fantasy) hair stuff She wants a subscription to J14 magazine.

I only have an older sister. She has 3 children. Son age 10 and twin daughters age 6. I have 2 children ages 15 and 9. Its so hard (and expensive) to buy for my nieces... They both get christmas presents AND a birthday present one week later. Their birthdays are New Years Eve. My sister doesn't understand the strain it is for my family and she got insulted one year when just got a little bit bigger gifts for them on christmas and said Happy Birthday also. (they were $40 toys and each got one). She told me that the girls would be disappointed then on their birthday when they didn't have anything to open from aunt elena. UGH. With money the way it is, I just can't believe she still expects it.

Pleasantly surprised the other year at Walmart when at 4am they announced we could start carting all black friday deals! Registers didn't open till 5am. Soooo, had ALL my stuff by 4:20am and in line at registers by 4:30am. 5am hit... checked out with no problems and was in line at Target for their opening at 6am by 5am!

Never won a darn thing, but enter it all. Haha. A few years ago I just ordered and paid for my shirt. Still love it!

I have bought from Toys R Us on BF... Was able to order by 1am (yes, I stay up all night and never sleep the night before BF lol). NEVER order from Radio Shack. 2 years in a row I've had my order cancelled through them. They are horrible.

Well, I just bought my son his 16GB IPod Touch from amazon. You just can't beat $269.xx shipped. He is using it now. He will be 15 in November so he begged until I caved. lol. I am being a smart butt though and wrapping the Touch box it came in just to remind him he already has his "big" gift.

I went out when I was pregnant with my daughter. I believe I was 5 months along. Really showing. I just had to get that darn Furreal cat that was the craze that year. lol. I was munching on crackers while in line. I was still having nausea even then! I was miserable, but it was well worth seeing my other child on christmas morning!

No such deal at mine, but I got the 24 packs for $4.50 at Giant Eagle.

Already got my son his "Big" gift -= IPod Touch 16gb. Couldn't pass it up at $250.00. So I will be just looking for a few acessories now for him and the Family Guy box sets and stuff for my daughter. Cannot wait till the ads come!

Got 24 free general mills cereal last night. Cashier I go too is also a couponer and she knows its what stated on the coupon and not the picture. (these are the cereal cups) 30 FREE Bounty paper towels (.50/1 Target coupon and $1/2 MQ coupon). So .01 overage on each) 22 Skintimate shaving gels ($1/1 Target peelie and $1/1 MQ coupon). Paid .22 each 10 SpongeBob toothpastes and 5 SpongeBob toothbrushes (Used Target $1/1 any Spongebob item) This is a printable. My cart was hilariously full. People kept staring. Paid next to nothing. for all. It was a great trip.

My husband had won 3 $25 Walmart giftcards so far this year from his work. I put them away for BF. Also I redeem my points from MyPoints around September for a Walmart Gift card every year. So I will have $100 in GCs to Walmart by the time BF comes around.

1. In your opinion, what store had the best Black Friday ad last year (2008) and why? A. Walmart- Besides that they had the best selection in BF deals.. They price matched a lot of other items for me. 2. What would be your #1 piece of advice to someone totally new to Black Friday? B. Start a list by store so you don't forget any advertised BF deal. Also Bring all competitor ads to price match if going to a store that does. This alone can save you big. 3. Besides offering great deals, what else can a store do to get you to shop there on BF? C. Offer incentives on merchandise.. Free accessory w/ purchase, price matching, and/or have an organized BF game plan to control the crowds!

Loving the fact Target now does competitor adjustments. Will help on BF (glad as Walmart was the only one doing it). I'll miss CC. I usually bought there as they weren't as crazy on BF as Best Buy

By my lonesome. Husband is always off work so he stays with the kids. Im out by midnight and done by 10am. Kids are usually JUST getting up. lol

The only thing my soon to be 15 yr old wants is an Ipod touch. Im hoping it drops down in price on BF a tad. He wants the $300 one. Then I need a case too.

Found someone's stash yesterday morning. I got TONS of the Transformers and star wars legos (.39 each), My LIttle Pony toys sets (.39 each), Sesame street cars (.29 each), Darth Vater plush toys (.49 each), Little Puppy toy sets (.39 each), etc. I was so happy. lol

I got free Dove chocolates at Target with my coupons, but thats about it. Most of the stores around me was picked over or just gone.

I've found 2 apple and 3 grape in the past few weeks.
