I used to pay cash, but my husband worries about me having so much on me. So I pay with debit card now (comes from my checking). I do not like to use charge cards so never use those.

For the last couple of years.. I've been able to order the video games on line. Of course they have never opened at midnight so not sure if they will come online earlier. Usually I was able to order by 1am when they opened at 5am

any tv's that you would think is a great price? My husband wants a 42" LCD. Just not sure what brands are good

I am 99.9% done with christmas shopping... I vow NOT to impulse buy. I usually do this every year and my kids have too many gifts. I think I over bought now, but I still will go out on BF. My son wants a snuggie though. lol. Have to get that.

I blew that $750 out of the water. My 15 yr old son has already gotten: Ipod touch 16gb and black leather case X-box 360: Borderlands, left 4 dead 2 (preorder), Modern Warfare (picking this up tonight at midnight! They are having a release party) and another game He already is playing, but knows its one of his "christmas" gifts. 13 month XBox live card, Clothes, Cologne, New Fusion Giftset w/ replacement cartridges for the razor, Silk boxers and pajama pants... Some DS games (mario)... Theres more but I can't think of them now- all hidden. Total for him is around $600. I also have a 9 year old daughter. I won't go into detail what I've gotten her, but I know I bought too much. I have spent around $500-600 on her too.

75% off at my Target this morning. Got some Reese cup fun size bags for .74 each and large pixie sticks- 40 count box for 1.74.

I haven't slept the night before BF in over 10 years. It's a dreaded night but also exciting. I pass out when the shopping is done I'm the kind of person where it's worse if I do get sleep then go out. I would rather not sleep then get only a few hours.

I got an 8GB Sony MP3 player at TRU last week. I got pink for my daughter, but they had black, red, and silver. I paid $69 for my pink one. I too can't justify the price of an ipod (she is 9 yrs old). I'll wait to pay the bigger bucks later on when she gets older

Neither of my kids "believe". My daughter is 9 and my son is soon to be 15. Sad

Nothing wrapped... But almost completely DONE with shopping. I thought I was done with my daughter age 9, but I saw some great New Moon items on Hottopic.com. $40 later I am officially done. lol

I will be putting mine up the week of the 16th. why... My husband takes EVERY darn thing down on christmas DAY! By 7pm its all put away. I call him my scrooge.

I just price match anything I want there at Walmart... Have the option now this year to price match at Target too.

I see they will have Left 4 Dead 2 for only $39.99. I had pre-ordered it on Amazon for $54 so I cancelled that. Hopefully I can just price match at Walmart or Target on BF. Saved myself a lot of money for this game. So glad the ship date was a few weeks from now so had no problems cancelling it.

I was going to start wrapping this week, but I just got back from picking up my daughter at school. She has the flu. Going to the doctor this afternoon. So can't start that as yet. Hoping at the end of this week or next week to start. As I wrap, I write down what the item is so I don't forget. Plus overbuy (of course I do this every year).

I'm impressed. My shopping is just about done, BUT I haven't wrapped as yet. I'm thinking of starting that this week or next week.
