I called Hasbro Customer service and they have to find out and get back to me. I'll post as soon as they call me back. Apparently, the person who would have to answer that question is in a meeting. Not all of the games have the rebate form printed on it. But last year, the form also ran in the coupon section of the Sunday paper.

I'd call your local WM and ask them what their policy is just to be on the safe side. We can tell you what our WM does, but it won't help you if your WM won't do it .. Just ask to speak to the manager, don't forget to get his/her name and ask them what the PM policy is.

I got the latest ad in my paper today for event dates November 12-19. The TV shows for 14.88 are : Friends Season 1,2 and 3 Smallville Season 1, 2, 3 & 4 One Tree Hill Season 1 & 2 Gilmore Girls Season 1, 2 & 3 Oz Season 1 Aqua Teen Hunger Force Four Mind of the married man Season 1 Robot Chicken does not say if these are instore only and it also says other sets available. It also shows a PS2 Silver Hardware for $129.00 and says that PS3 will be available at 12:01am on 11/17 at your local Walmart. Hmmm .. interesting on that one .. wonder if my Walmart will stay open late then. Other than video games .. no toys in this ad. I don't have a scanner .. or I'd post the entire ad ..

Try your local flea market. Ours has a vendor who is there every week and sells old N64 stuff .. check to see if they will take returns before you buy in case it doesn't work.

I have a friend who works at Target and said they get the BF ad 2 weeks before hand.

yeah .. well don't trust that. I had signed up for the Wii preorder email and I didn't get anything when they put the Wii preorders online.

I have always had a problem finding candy @ Target the day after the holiday unless I am the first one there when they open the doors. I don't think Target generally orders alot of candy because I know if I wait too long to buy it - it's usually gone before the holiday even gets here.

I'd keep the little ones up really late on Thursday night so they would possibly sleep in. I'd leave the little ones with the sibling - of course with some cash incentive for him to do a good job. And I'd take my cell phone. Most of the time on BF I am home before my kids even get out of bed.

For the 360 our SuperWalmart (open 24 hours) had 8 chairs available the day before the release date. You got there early enough, you got a chair. You had to keep the chair with you until the system went on sale and you could not leave the store with the chair ... very clever ..

Widescreen is only better if your TV is actually a wide screen TV .. lol

I ordered a computer desk from Staples, they just slapped a label on the box it came in. Can you even try to imagine where they would get a box large enough to put what you ordered in?
