Our Payless shoes went out of business. It was there in December, but we went to look for dh for a pair of cheap dress shoes to wear to a job interview, and it was GONE! Don't know when that happened

My dad is looking to buy a mower at Lowes and I thought I'd check to see if there are any coupons out there?

My dad went to our Sears store yeasterday because he had received a coupon for 10% off of all closeout lawn mowers. So he finds one he wants and gives them the coupon and is told he can't use it because it is already marked down. So he explained it was for marked down mowers. She told him no but he could call the owner if he wants (small locally owned Sears store) He asked her, can't you call him? She said no and gave him the guys number (who happens to be my dad's neighbor) So dad calls him and he tells him that mower is not a closeout. But the salesperson said it was. In the end, they would not give it to him, so he's going to buy it at Lowes and he told them so. They didn't care. So not only did they miss out on selling him a mower, but I was going to buy a washer there this week (mine decided to quit working Saturday) but now I will go elsewhere. This was not smart because this is a small town where word spreads fast. And the store is small so you would think they wouldn't want to lose ANY customers let alone 2 over 1 deal.

I give up My nearest Target never has any of these deals the rest of you find. I went today looking for the Dirt Devil Broom Vac people have been finding for $24.99, well they had them...for $49.99. No good deals for me today.

This is the pits I know! We bought a big screen tv from Sun TV and paid $500 (YEARS ago!!) for the extended warranty. 2 months later, they filed Bankruptcy and went out of business!! We called and asked about our warranty and was told it was void. But we were still out the $500 we paid for it! The Bankruptcy court settled it for everyone with and extended warranty through them. We got $25 back So we lost $450 for a 2 month warranty which was supposed to be a 7 year warranty! I will NEVER buy an extended warranty again!

I disagree, I would buy the itouch for a college student. It has wi-fi and most colleges have wireless internet. Small enough he can take it with him easily.

ds5 already has the optimus prime semi one, it only stings for a minute LOL;) We wanted to get him this one too because ds17 likes to play with it with him. Of course, ds5 will get this one because it shoots 2 darts Keep his big brother on his toes You can get extra darts for it from hasbro, they don't list them on their website, you have to call. They come in packs of 6, I think I paid $10 for 12 of them.
