Well....when I placed my order it said the item would be delivered on Wednesday, Aug.6 but...it was delivered today (Tuesday Aug 5)!! I'm very impressed except for the fact that the box only had 1 piece of tape on each end to hold it together and part of it was loose. The box was partially opened and it was a BIG box. So I'm impressed with the fast shipping but not so much with the poor packaging. But I'm not complaining, at least it made it here on time and appears to be in good shape (won't really know until we open the box to assemble it, but it looks ok from the outside). May end up having to keep the Prime :) We'll see how much more I use it before my month is up;) Thanks for all the replies!! I'm always nervous to try something new LOL

We were considering buying ds5 one for his 6th b-day (decided not to) and the only deals I have found are: Sam's club has them for $127.99 ($2 off) and if you have a GBA SP to trade in, you can get it for $89.99 at Gamestop with the trade in this week.

Anyone worn these before? I wear a size 9 women's and it says a med. is an 8-9 women's. Lrg. is 10-11 women's. Will the med fit or should you size up?

How hard is it to cancel the free Amazon Prime trials? I am thinking about signing up for it for the free month trial, but I'm not sure if I'm willing to pay $79 for it (I guess that's what the trial will tell me), cause I don't really buy a lot from Amazon. But if I don't want to keep it, is it easy to cancel? I have a NEW question about Amazon Prime... Do you usually receive your purchase the date it states when using 2 day free shipping through Amazon Prime? I ordered an item today and it says it will be delivered on Wednesday and was just curious if it usually arrives when stated? BTW, this Prime free shipping seems like it's gong to be a great deal! For the item I ordered, 2 day shipping was like $30-$40!! And with Prime it's FREE!! But......$79 seems kinda steep since I only order from them a few times a year.We'll see

No, I'm mad because Walmart will get a $1 back for them.The coupons scanned and took off $1 and she voided them and redid them for 60 cents.

Nope, she circled the date and wrote the register # on them and initialed them (which she said they are required to do). Did NOT write 60 cents on them. And basically, what made me mad was the fact that Walmart will now get $1 back for them as they did NOT write 60 cents on them and their attitudes.And the fact that she scanned them all and they took off the $1 and then she went back and voided each one and re-entered them for 60 cents, don't even know why she decided to do that after they were already entered. Our Walmart has the RUDEST cashiers.

I have read where LOTS of people on gottadeal use coupons like that and the remainder goes towards the rest of their purchases.One of the members was even on a news show telling how to do this I believe. Also, how is it right cause Walmart will get the full $1 back because that's the amount the coupon was for, they didn't 'fill in ' a price. So Walmart will make the extra $0.40.

I LOVE my Kodak Easy Share Camera. If you are a Sam's Club member, they have online auctions on their website and have cameras on it a lot. I got mine that way, regular $225 for $142 shipped! Couldn't be happier :)

So I went to Walmart to get a few things and I also had 2- $1 off of a 32 oz Powerade and 1- $0.75 off of a 32 oz Powerade. So the cashier rings up my purchase and scans the coupons and then she voids it off. So I ask why she voided it and she tells me that since the Powerade was only $0.60, she could only give me $0.60 off. I tell her the coupon doesn't say 'up to $1 off' it says $1 off and scans $1 off. So she calls a CSM who backs her up. So they overrided my 3 coupons to only give me $0.60 off of each one. I would have just taken them back and told them to keep the Powerade but she had WROTE all over them already! I could understand if the coupon said 'free up to $1' or something to that effect, but it didn't anywhere! Now Walmart will turn that coupon in and get the full $1 credit for it I'm sure!

I would wait until closer to Christmas. Last year they had a bundle with 2 games for the same price as the system by itsself. That's worth it to me, even if it's games they won't play much, it's still 2 FREE games :)

My dad is looking to buy a new 4x4 truck, either Chevy or Ford. With the price of gas these days we've been hearing you should be able to get a good deal on a gas guzzler. He also can get employee discount (or dealer discount which ever is the best deal) through his employer. Well he went to a Chevy dealer the other day and they only wanted to give him $1200 off the MSRP. This seemed kinda low to me cause we bought an Equinox last year BEFORE gas prices skyrocketed and they gave us around $4000 off of it then. So here's my question: How much of a discount off of MSRP should he be able to get? By the way, there's no trade in.
