Thanks, Christmas Cookie is my favorite this will come in handy.

We have an artificial tree but if we wanted a real tree we would just go in the woods, find one, and cut it down.
-
Oh that is a "get them through the door" tactic for sure. Isn't there a law against that kind of crap?

Sorry, I don't know about any deals on one right now but I do have one. It's really handy. I have a Kodak also, and my Kodak printer dock prints very clear pics. It's really good for charging the camera battery also. It's also very easy to use. I'm guessing you probably already know this, but it's gonna cost you more that a decent regular lg printer that would do the same things except charge the battery. I'll also add that I got mine as a gift from my MIL last year for Christmas and though I'm grateful she got it (because we have used it alot) if I was gonna be the one buying it I probably would not have ever bought it just because of the cost.

Do you have another Walmart in your area? If so call that one and see if they will PM.
-
As long as it is the exact same item my Walmart will PM the online deals. Walmarts are weird though. I don't know why they don't just have the same rules about stuff like that all across the board. That would cut down on alot of the confusion with Walmart.

I had to choose non alcoholic anything. For the past few years anything with alcohol in it just tastes like hairspray to me. UGH! I used to not be like that.

Hmm, sounds like a bunch of batteries for a $100 doll that may or may not work correctly. Thanks RossMAN, I'll forward that to her. Or maybe I'll tell her to come over here and look for herself.:)

Does anyone have one of these? My SIL is thinking of getting one for my niece but they're like $100 so she doesn't want to get it if it's not worth it.TIA:)
-
Yeah, we need pics of that. Have the pictures made anyway, that way you can look back on it when your kids are older and have a good laugh. My daughter is 10, when she was 4 she cut her hair. On the very top of her head it was like she just grabbed a handful and whacked it off. It wasn't too bad because we could put it back in a ponytail and it wasn't even noticable. Bangs would be bad though.

My sister got that same camera (I think) at a pawn shop for $50. Might be worth checking into.

I'm sure there are lots of GDer's who would love to have them. You could do some kind of contest here.
-
How do you do this? Sounds like a great idea. :) edit: found some instructions with pics incase anyone is interested http://imageevent.com/jeansideaalbums/fleeceblanketphotoinstructions

How pretty, that's a big ole smowman!

Yes, my kids buy for each other and they pick out what they want the others to have. My oldest is 10 and does a great job picking out gifts for her little brother and sister but we do have to help the little ones pick out gifts for my oldest daughter.

Anyone know where I can get more info on this? I am pres. of our school's PTCO (lucky me *sarcastic*) and I had a parent ask me about doing something like this. Is there a certain company that does this? What are the prices/quality of the items? Does the school make any kind of profit on this? Please PM if you know where I can get more info. TIA:)

The Target nearest to us will PM 14 days from the date of the original receipt.

Good for you, sounds like all the trouble you had to go through was well worth it.

Just make sure the crock is removable. A friend of mine has one and the crock doesn't come out (for cleaning/serving, etc.) and it is a pain in the a$$ to clean.
-
What idiots, how could they not put them out? That employee is lucky he wasn't severly injured by all the mad/crazy customers. Good for you for standing your ground!

I agree totally. I am in this same situation. In my case this would be the truth, I have a hard enough time finding the $$$ to buy for the people I do like. I will not waste my time or $$$ this year buying a gift for a family member I don't like, especially if I have bought for them for the past 10 years and gotten nothing in return. I know, it's all about keeping the peace but you know what, I say screw that. If I buy for them they're just gonna take it back, get the cash and spend the $$$ on who knows what. Ok, sorry.....I got mad and started rambling.

Thanks for the tip I'll be watching for more info on this one.

I think lots of people are experiencing some confusion over pricing/availability of some of WMs items this year. Glad it worked out for you.
