  1. The sales. Some of the things that I'm planning to get wouldn't normally be in my price range or anywhere near my shopping list.. much less on it. But the BF sales are such a steal that we're making it work so we can load the kids up this year.
  2. Oooooh! Thanks for the heads up! I'm gonna go ahead and add one to my cart on walmart.com just to find out how much shipping is incase there isn't the free shipping option. Sorry to hijack the thread, btw.
  3. I didn't get all the way through it (I'm on dial up and it stuttered going through the online catelogue) but I wasn't really impressed with anything I did see. Nothing worth us traveling 2 hours one way to go get, imo. I did like the Color Your Own playhouses, and thought that $9.99 was a fair price (Spongebob was the one shown, I would get the MLP one, though).. but it wasn't fair enough considering gas prices these days. lol.
  4. Good point! We can't take a Target ad into Walmart here because the nearest Target is in West Virginia. Walmart will say they're not a competitor. But I can take a KMart or Food City ad in and they will price match it.since they're right next door.
  5. This will be my first year BF shopping. I didn't realize the deals were so good, honestly. I wanted to go so bad last year, but my DH had to work (I don't have a drivers license. Long story.) so I couldn't. This year, he's taking the day off. Those jeeps are so worth it, to me. lol
  6. I'll be okay so long as the self check out is open. People here are afraid of the self check outs lol So they're always open. Fingers crossed that the natives don't get brave in the name of BF.
  7. Goooood question. There are several large things we're wanting from WalMart ... 2 bikes, a jeep, and something I can't type because I don't want my DH to read over my shoulder because its for him. LOL! I can't even begin to fathom how I'm going to pack all this stuff through the store.
  8. I noticed a few things from the list that were the same price as on the site already..but I haven't gotten the chance to look at the ad and compare prices yet.
  9. DD will be 2 in January, so she hasn't exactly given me a list... But I pay VERRRY close attention to the commercials that catch her eye. lol. She'll be getting Lights & Sounds Kitchen Set 10 inch "Sea Star" bike with training wheels (We wanted to get her a tricycle, but she wouldn't ride it! So we put her on the one with training wheels, and she took off. WHAT are we thinking!? ) Appliances & Food sets to go with the kitchen (checked them off already!) Care Bears Cabbage Patch Babies Disney DVDs (Cinderella in particular) Dress up outfits and play make up. The nephews haven't spilled their lists yet..but we know that if we can get the deals on BF, then their both getting new bikes. We're getting them board games too (Thinking BattleShip .. that way when they have sibling rivalrys they can take it to the game and have some real warfare. lol)
  10. We plan on staying out all day shopping. Everything is a 30 minute to two hour drive from here, so we'll be running around like chickens with our heads cut off. I'm a ball of energy though, so once we get home I'll probably drag out the Christmas Tree and get it decorated.
  11. This is my #1 fear of BF shopping. lol Well, that, and somebody stealing stuff outta my cart. I don't wanna get smooshed.
