I wish we would get Best Buy this week. I'm eyeing a laptop in the Saturday sale ad at Sam's but I sure would like to know what BB will have for their laptop deals before Saturday.
-
Be that as it may, I usually find a few stocking stuffer gadgets and gizmos on this day so I'm happy to have this coupon.
-
On the last page. Online exclusive HP for $379. Says it comes in 3 colors.
-
Yep. Me too. Now I have to make a decision to jump on the blue 15-inch one wait until BF to see what Best Buy has to offer.....what to do, what to do.
-
The year-round coupons are valid on only one item. This BF coupon is good for your entire purchase. But Lordy at that ad...... sure hoping something else shows up from them. I usually make a trip to BB&B on Friday.

Ironic timing. Replacing things during Black Friday.

I love replacing/upgrading kitchen stuff during BF. I got carried away with that last year so I don't need much this year except a new toaster oven. I'm seriously looking at an air fryer as well. I'm sure I won't stop with those 2 though. LOL -

Also CorningWare, Pyrex and bakeware sets for wedding gifts. -
I agree. Terrible last year, at least for me.
-
I would take some things from the ad but I never go to Penney's for Black Friday anyway. Not one near where I am for Thanksgiving.
-
Kohl's is fantastic for that!
-
Anyone out there have an air fryer? If so, do they really work or are they just another oversized kitchen "gadget" you have no room for? Do the fries get crispy? I won't eat soggy fries. Can you cook other foods in them? Any other pros and cons? Now that both Kohl's and Penney's have one in their ads it is on my radar as a possible gift for my parents and maybe myself.

Yes! Hello $14.99 bras and as usual, my favorite fuzzy throws! I see some new prints so will likely get a new one or two. So exciting.

Where did you get your realistic reasonably priced artificial tree?

Home Depot here as well. -
Target.com The code is for "select" items per the fine print and good through 11/5
-
They must have a problem with that!! <snort> I usually get some iTunes cards here for myself for the year.

I still love Black Friday/Thursday. If not working, I'm in small town America for the holiday weekend so my mother and I make our annual BF trip to Walmart then back home. Long gone are the days we need to hit several stores for different electronics. If we do, we go to the nearest big city on Friday. We actually are quite happy to have Walmart be our only stop for BF shopping. I think we've adapted quite well and still have fun while standing in line waiting for the registers to open. There's nothing like a small town Walmart for catching up with all your high school friends and teachers you only see once a year.....BF shopping.

While I don't entirely disagree with you here about the move from Friday to Thanksgiving Day, I would like to say that having deals online allows people like me, who are in a 24-7, 365-day a year profession and have to work the holiday itself and the day before and after, a chance to grab these deals online when otherwise we would have no chance at anything. So, I'm quite excited and appreciative to have said online deals available to me.

I love QVC. Bought my first "me" gift from them Thursday. Hoping they give me some ideas for gifts.

1: Security, security, towel fight in aisle 12! 2: I cannot believe I got suckered into this. 3: All I wanted was a new plaid shirt but Nooooooo. -
NIce swag! Would love to have some of that!
-
I said the exact same thing months ago to my mother about her store, which is the store I always go to for the BF shopping because that's where I am for the holiday weekend. I really don't think I'd do a BF at a larger Walmart Supercenter to be honest.
-
Lol! I remember that!!! Anxious to see how well it goes over for Target.
-
YES! So aggravating. Although I hate that Target moved the Customer Service/Store pickup area into the regular checkout area, Walmart should take note of how Target handles store pickups. Pretty seamless, at least in my store. You certainly never have to worry about there being an employe there to help you.
-
At the stores in my area the Store Pickup is in the very back of the store where, in the old lay-away place and the restrooms. No one is EVER back there. You have to "push the button for assistance" and pray to the good lord above that an associate comes to help you.

Who is the hardest person you have to buy for.. and what do you get them?

Gosh, I guess it would be my sister. I struggle with her gifts(s) every stinking year. She rarely wants anything in particular and can't even come up with things she wouldn't mind having. She doesn't cook, has no hobbies, doesn't collect anything, doesn't need anything for her house. I gave her a set of Huggable Hangers from QVC one year and another year a scrapbook I made of all of our trips up until then. To date, I have yet to top those two. I always give her a gift card for her Birthday so don't like to repeat that for Christmas if I can avoid it.
