They have Thomas the Tank Engine?? My daughter is a die-hard Thomas junkie! Where can I find one?
-
I don't know what else they have but I do know they have at least one with Clifford the Big Red Dog.

Something like that happened to me last year and I had to close my checking acct. and open a new one (complete with new ATM card) because someone had hacked into my paypal account. They had gotten in there somehow and tried to take nearly $1000 by making it look like I had bought all kinds of junk. I caught it in time by changing the acct. so that when the "sales" tried to go thru they were all rejected. Only problem was that it showed that I owed paypal that amount of money for a couple of months before it was all straightened out.

If the One Size Fits All is anything like the ones I've tried on in other clothes, they should be re-labled One Size Fits Most. Try this instead - it goes up to size 7XL. :) http://www.kingsizedirect.com/kingsizedirect/product/product.asp?pf_id=75312&dept_id=240&parent_id=&

Not sure if this qualifies, but last year I bought 3 of those multicolored spiral trees to put out in the front yard. I decided to use the spike that went in the ground instead of the base that just sat there. (That was my first mistake) I had my 5 yr. old out there with me "helping" (second mistake) so I was having a little trouble focusing on reading the instructions and keeping her out of the box at the same time. Anyway, I shoved the stake & pole down in the dirt and didn't realize how deep I had it in there. Got the tree put up and all was well until after Christmas when I went to take the tree down & pull the pole & stake out of the ground.. I didn't even notice that the stake part hadn't come out with the rest of it - it was still in the dirt in the yard and I couldn't find it out there anywhere! I still don't know where it is, even the guy that mowed my yard this past summer never saw it. I'll have to take a metal detector out there to look for it.

(whispers to both) Yeah, it's just us, 70,000 of your closest friends reading this..

Lucky you. The store here still has them at the same $25 they were on BF.

There's already another thread about this: http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=23589

I would check with the shelter to see what is allowed first before adding things like a video game. I used to work for a women's shelter run by a religious group and they were very strict on what they would and wouldn't allow. Anything like gambling was a no-no.

Wouldn't it be posted on the website too since it is an online only ad?

Perimeter Perusing at Target (Target Clearance Deals) - 2005-06
Gumball replied to Gator Pam's topic in Offline Hot Deals
I've never heard anything about Target & Kohls being connected, but I think Target & Marshalls are. -
Are the chats still happening? Has the room name changed? I've popped into the "Blackfriday 2005" room a few times but nobody's ever there.

Aren't postage rates supposed to go up next year?
-
Yes, I know it's early but has anybody started making New Year's Eve plans yet? Thinking about going to a party or just staying home this year? I've already seen a couple of small ads in the paper here for places that will be having a party, that's what made me think of it. There are only 33 days left in 2005.

Make sure it also has High, Low and Warm settings. Not all of them come with the Warm setting and it's great to have on there.
-
Nope, I went to Walmart & got the things I wanted with no rebates needed.
-
Take it easy on the guy, he's obviously under the impression that he's psychic and knows exactly what every one of those people will be doing with all of their BF loot because he read their minds.

I looked it up in the ad on the website and that one isn't listed. Dunno what the in-store price is since I felt like I was getting a run around on the phone.

I was looking in the Toy Catalog for the Bass Angler Plug & Play game and the catalog said it's $15.88 which is good since that's less than everybody else it right now. But then I looked it up on the Target website and got a surprise - it's on there for $10.00 !?!? So I called the store here and asked them. I got passed to a manager who tried to claim that they have nothing to do with what the website does, that that's a separate part of the company. I asked if they would match the web price and they told me No outright. Of the 2 people I talked to, the first one tried to explain the difference as the $10 is before shipping. Maybe, but Target's website is connected to Amazon.com and Amazon's shipping is usually pretty reasonable to me. $5 to $10 (Counting original price of $19.88) shipping for something that small and doesn't weigh that much doesn't sound believable to me. Last year everybody had the plug & plays on sale but this year one one or 2 places have them. Anybody know of another place with an ad I can use for a PM at Walmart instead?

I also bought some of those shoe insoles that heat up like those hand warmers. Supposed to keep the entire bottom of my foot warm for at least 5 or 6 hours. There's also those ThermaCare patches you can stick right on your skin whereever you need it most.

The first one "sold" for a little over $110.. I wonder if the poor sucker that bought it is from one of the areas with different prices for the computers?
-
No guests or family here. Just me & my 6 yr. old daughter. Hopefully having turkey. (IF I don't mess it up. ) I have to ask - WHAT is Japanese pie?
-
You can get the ads in your email by signing up on the website - www.biglots.com I started doing that over a year ago when some weeks the ad wasn't the paper at all. Now I never miss seeing it.

I wanna be on her Christmas list. LOL
