They just opened a new Super Walmart here this year so for the first time I'll be able to go in on Thanksgiving day as well as BF. :) I just hope they remember those of us that are mobility challenged when they are setting out the pallets of doorbusters for BF. I have to use a scooter to get around in there and some areas are hard enough to navigate already with stuff crammed too close together. The clothing depts. are really bad about that. I'll also have to get there early anyway to get a scooter to use since they go faster than a good BF electronics deal (some people who DON'T need them will get them anyway ) but the bright side is that if I can snag one, for once I won't have to worry about being hit in the back of the leg with a cart.

I wouldn't think the Back to School markdowns would be until after Labor Day.

I looked everywhere this morning and my store didn't have any of those left.

Do you have a link for them? She'd love a Lilly wig too.

All of the stores around here are sold out of everything right now. I've got plenty of shirts but need shorts and another skort or 2.

If you find one, let me know too. My DD's school started uniforms this year for the first time.

Has anyone seen one of these in a store recently? I was in a store last week with my DD and she spotted one. I didn't get it at the time and now I wish I had because I can't remember what store I was in when we saw it. All I can remember was that it was around $9.99 or something like that. I saw some on Amazon over $15 with some going over $20.

Woohoo! I found the last 10pk MM apple juice for 69 cents. They had a 10pk of the MM orange juice but it wasn't marked down.

My DD wants me to get a DS but I refuse to pay the $150 I've seen it for. Anyone know of one that's under $100?

Kleenex has 3 packs with bonus boxtops on the wrapper, and in Walmart the other day I saw boxes of Betty Crocker Scalloped, Au Gratin and Roasted Garlic flavor mashed potato mixes with bonus boxtops on the packages. Ziploc has boxtops on all of the products they make now, I think, including the new steaming bags packages. (I can't give you mine because my daughter's school collects them too so I thought I could help by telling you how to find more. :) )

I'll figure that out after I get done shopping. Since I'm not sure what I'll be buying, I don't know how much room I'll need to hide stuff.

All they had here was the MM 15 packs, no 10's at all, and those were over $3.00 per pack.

Now that HSM2 has premiered, she's even more HSM crazed. LOL Be warned, there's already talks about making a 3rd movie in the series and that it will be released for movie theaters instead of Disney channel.

My daughter is High School Musical and Hannah Montana crazy so ANYTHING with those will prolly work for her. Right now she wants the Hannah wig we saw at Target and the Hannah microphone we saw at Walmart last week. Walmart is HSM central and she's already told me she wants a HSM birthday cake for her b-day in October (that I've only found at Walmart). :) I just hope they have the HSM stuff go on sale at some point before Christmas, that stuff is expensive!

Oh, I know they are probably OK, but there's been so many recalls lately for things that every time I think one is over, another one comes along to replace it. I'd rather hold off for 6 months or so and if no new recalls come up, get the item then. I don't want to give something to my child and then have to take it away from her again after she's grown to love it. I'd rather wait & make absolutely sure it was safe in the first place.

I was in Walmart yesterday and went down the aisle that had the Polly Pockets and the Doggy Daycare stuff. Shelfs were still pretty full, no signs up anywhere to let people know where or how to check their stuff to see if it had been on the list. A woman was there looking at the Polly Pocket stuff along with her kid. I mentioned that with the huge recall going on, I'd be nervous about getting any of that stuff for a while and the woman turns and gives me a dirty look before telling me she didn't care if stuff got recalled or not, she would buy it for her kid anyway!

I rarely go in the Target here, whatever clearance they have is so small (& not marked down enough) that it's barely worth going in there some days. When I do go in tho, they've changed & moved around the food area again. When I can snag an employee to ask them if they plan to change the store to a superstore, they always deny it. The Walmart here did the same thing for nearly 2 years before it was announced they would build a new Super Walmart. The new Walmart opened this past February and isn't as good as the old smaller one was.

The only good deal I've found at the Walmart here was girl's tights for 50 cents and $1.00 per pair. Since my DD's school has gone to uniforms this year, they only allow black, navy or white tights. I found several pairs in both black & white in her current size and one size up so she'll have some for next year too.

I know what you mean, all those abbreviations can get confusing sometimes. DS = Dear Son, DD = Dear Daughter, DH = Dear Husband, etc. Hope that helps. :)

If it works like that on the floor, they need one to clean the bathroom with too. Wonder how it would work on soap scum?

I went to the Target here yesterday and all Easter clearance is gone plus I could barely find ANY clearance in the entire store! What little I did find was only marked down 30% off. I finally found 2 of the Melitta coffee makers but one box was opened and the other one was damaged.

I looked at the Walmart here last night and it's still at regular price. No clearance.
