I have to say that by far my best deal with the after Christmas clearance was getting the V-Bot transforming robot/rc car thing for 30 dollars. That was regulary 129 and I refused to buy it at that price but for 30 I couldnt resist. My son LOVES it and so does his dad and sister. The one we got works perfectly, but some of the reviews on it were bad so I guess we got lucky.

went back tonight cause I too had forgot treeskirt, grabbed 2 more of the trees, but funny thing is they had restocked the green containers with red lids and were selling them full price. They said they knew nothing about what the morning shift did, LOL

scored this morning at 90% off - lots of lights, ornaments, the 1.99 6 ft tree and catch this one - 10 of the green storage totes (30 gallon I think?)with red lids for 70 cents a piece and the rubbermade wrap and craft containers for 58 cents!!!! my store never clearanced the storage containers out and all of a sudden they said those are 90% off too so all of us standing there started grabbing and there were no more left in 20 seconds flat. It was comical.

All mine is staying up till Feb! LOL My hubby is deployed and wont be home will end of January so we are doing a family Christmas when he gets home. But Normally I do it JAn 1st.

we buy both the wooden sets and the blue plastic motorized sets. My 5 year old prefers the blue plastic motorized sets and on the larger sets we superglue them together so they cant be taken apart. He also has one of the sets permanently attached to a sheet of panneling board. Plus the blue plastic motorized sets are cheaper,which mommy likes, LOL
