  1. Keep checking zooLert.com http://www.zoolert.com/monster-high-dolls-in-stock-tracker/
  2. OMG too funny!! "it was like fate." HAHAHA...
  3. Do they sell out fast, or is it something that can wait till later morning/early afternoon? Radio Shack is a destination location for me and if I have to get there super early and miss out on Walmart... well let's not think about it.
  4. I also opened a Target charge account, it was actually to get the 10% off my first purchase when I was buying some more school clothes for my kids a few weeks ago. They told me that after the 17th when the 5% off every purchases takes effect, the 10% off first purchase would no longer be valid. So I went for it to get the benefits of both offers. What I found interesting was the sales assoc asked me if I wanted a Target charge account, or to have the Target benefits tied to my bank debit card. As I understand it I would get a Target issued debit card that would replace my bank issued debit card but would still tied to my bank account. I didn't go for it at the time but I'm thinking of now switching to Target debit version.
  5. I HATE Kmart. I have ordered a few times in the past month and the items listed as in stock somehow became out of stock anywhere from 1 hour to 5 days later. And EVERY time they charge my credit card immediate and I have to wait and wait and wait for the charges to come off. I HATE Kmart! Never again will I order from them. BTW, I HATE Kmart...
  6. My daughter and I have started seeing the commercials for them, and a lot of commercials too. I'm thinking now interest will pick up. Plus when I was at TRU last week I was checking out Lalaloopsy dolls and the Teacup Piggys were right next to them. There is a ton of stuff available for the Piggys already! I asked zooLert.com to do a video review on them and the guys said they had already been thinking about it so they will check them out. Good call jade!
  7. We have been seeing more of the Teacup Piggy commercials. My oldest daughter is commenting on how cute they are. NOOOOOOOO! I am done shopping , I don't want her getting attached to anything new!
  8. I don't think they are still popular, which would explain why you didn't realize it, lol. Retailers order their holiday stock in spring/early summer, so I think they all thought Zhu Zhu's would still be big. Boy were they wrong and now they're stuck with a lot of stock. I was a huge ZZ hunter/fan last x-mas, I'm so over it! My youngest is asking for the knock-off Furry Frenzies this year and she will get them. Then all the ZZ's will go to goodwill. I'm so tired of all the junky accessories and how much room they take up.
  9. I saw these a couple weeks ago at TRU. They were in the wrong place, I didn't realize it and saw a tag of $7.99 and I thought it was worth it. Then I realized they had been shoved over from the correct spot with a price of $12.99. Not worth it IMO. Then again I'm having a hard time with most toy prices this year. So many things seem over priced to me. Inflation sucks!
  10. TRU.co has a bunch listed and all in stock. I don't see them being in big demand. We have not seen any commercials here and have never heard of them before. My daughter thought they were cute on TRU's website but didn't show any interest beyond that. Now if TV became inundated with commercials, it might be a different story.

    Big Toy Book

I was @ TRU today and an associate said The big book will be released on 10/31, in the Sunday Paper. I said it will probably be leaked before then and she said "probably."
  12. Same. I went back again today and still the same 3 dolls, no big display.
  13. I wonder if TRU is putting a bunch out on the floor for the Ad. I was just at my local TRU yesterday and they only had three of the same doll. TRU.com com had 5 different dolls available early Saturday morning for $19.99.
  14. That is the sweetest story I've read in a long time. Thank you
  15. DD 4 said she is asking Santa for Halloween decorations and for one of her older brothers to be nicer to her. There was a Barbie thing and some Furry Frenzies mixed in there, but those stood out to me.
  16. I have this problem just about every year, but this year it has to stop because I just don't have the moolah for it. It's going to be difficult especially since I'm all done shopping now and have little to nothing to do during the next two months, but I have to get through it. DH and I give the kids (4 of them) 1 x-mas gift each. Then Santa brings 3-4 gifts each, most gifts are $15-25 each with maybe one per kid around $50. Although DD 9 got a Nintendo DS a couple years ago. Then they usually get 1-2 small toys in their stocking. Grandma gets them 1 toy each and sometimes one of the uncles gets them all a small toy. Grandpa and other uncle usually give family cash gifts which the past couple years has partially paid for our x-mas. I will still BF browse. DH is hoping he can pick up some extra hours at work and with the extra money we are hoping we can find a couple really good deals on a either laptop or desktop computers.
  17. Anyone trying to order anything from Kmart.com, be aware that they charge you credit/debit card immediately upon placing the order. So if your going for something that sells out fast like Lalaloopsy dolls, and there is any question whether or not you order will going through, they will charge your CC no matter what and then you may get a cancellation later. I placed two orders on 10/9 with Kmart and got the cancellation email immediately after ordering. They charged my debit immediately also and the charges still have not dropped. I called Kmart customer service and they said that just the way they do things and that it is up to the bank to drop the pending charges. So I have over $100 being held that I have no access to and Kmart will do nothing about it.
  18. Puds. That is funny! And they are!! I had my order canceled for Spot and Pillow. I had a feeling that was going to happen. I also saw that they were showing in stock for hours and hours after I ordered and that made me think WM's site was broken. Then I didn't even get a conformation or OOS email. So I emailed customer service and received a response yesterday that the item was indeed OOS and they said it showed an expected ship date of 10/26. Now today I finally get the first auto generated email regarding the order and it said that it was canceled. Luckily I had been checking the store and one day found one of the dolls I ordered and the next day found the other.
  19. The Loopz game is fun; all my kids really like it. I paid the lower $25 at Wal-Mart and feel it was worth it at that price.
  20. I think they would have been better priced around $20. $25 is high in my opinion too for what they are. TRU is now selling them for $28, they raised their price recently. Then again they raised their price on many many things recently, just like the usually do right before holiday shopping begins. But my youngest now want the dolls and she has gotten big sister (9) into them too. So when zooLert alerted that Walamart had them over the weekend I ordered some and paid with Bill Me Later. I figure 6 months interest free I can manage a $100 worth of dolls.
  21. Must be sold out, the link is no longer working.
  22. We've bought a few kids bikes from WM that are still holding up great too. The one we bought from ToysRUs last year has given us nothing but problems though.
  23. Agreed, they are really hard to get a hold of. And now my daughter wants one. I'm in trouble.
