  1. Just so everyone knows, the pic Amazon put up is way more than what you get. You get one and I don't even think the Starfish and Fish is even in that pic.

  4. I found this website where you can listen to the songs. It wasn't clear to me which set of songs went with which guitar but combined with the site jeninpa linked, it's much easier. paper-jamz
  5. OP, I love you =) I got a guitar and amp, shipped to my local store for $19.11!!!! My 7 year old son will be soooo happy come x-mas. I was not going to get him one because I thought they would break to easily and weren't worth the money. But at that price I will give it a shot. I'm so happy =)
  6. I ordered the Hexbug set, shipped to the store and my mom ordered me the 4 handset phone to be shipped to my house. Have not seen or heard about either yet
  7. I love them too and find they are very addictive. My kids play with our Santa Jig a lot and will be getting more for x-mas.
  8. $14.99 here also and the sale on the regular ones is over so they are back up to $12.99. I did pick up a few of the Santa, I'm keeping one and may or may not return the other two.
  9. I got everthing I wanted, plus more. Was up until 2 am shopping on-line at Radio Shack and Target on Thanksgiving eve . Was @ Kmart by 5am T-Day morning. Enjoyed turkey and the fixings. Got in line at TRU @ 5:30pm, we were 7th in line and it was snowing the entire 4.5 hours we waited there. Went to WM @ 10:30pm, was able to load everything form the midnight sale in my cart right away. Checked out about 12:30am and was home by 1am. Watched The Middle that I DVR'd, ate some more turkey and pie, then went to bed for a long nights sleep. TRU was interesting this year. They still had over 1000 people show up before 10pm, but this time there was a news crew and security outside. Also a couple Sheriffs Deputies inside and standing with the employees at the front doors. They had the line different so there was no cross flow problems with entering, exiting, and register lines. It was really great and everything went smoothly.
  10. how do you find out your number on the waitlist?
  11. So 2 of the 3 LOTR I ordered are not scheduled to be shipped till late December and I probably won't get them until after x-mas. Looks like I will be trying to get them at WM on BF after all.
  12. I'm having my husband get in line at WM while I'm in line at TRU. I plan to get out of TRU and join my husband in line. We only want a bike from WM, and I'm sure my husband will have to go warm up in the car after I join him. I really don't think people will have an issue, if they do we will tell them he is there to carry it and I'm there to put in on my cc. That is my plan anyway. My husband is such a wuss when it comes to cold temps, I could see him leaving line to warm up before I even get there.
  13. One of my local new stations did a toy test with 5-12 years olds in an after school community center program. They dropped the popular toys off for a week and came back for reviews. Surprisingly the least favorite was the Monster High doll. A leg broke off within mins. A favorite was the Dairy Queen Ice Cream Maker. The Harry Potter Lego Board game got mixed reviews. Mobigo was well liked among boys. I did not know Mobigo was so popular. Anyone know if there is some BF sales for it? It's $42 at Amazon right now. Here is the Website link. You can scroll through the playlist and find the vdieos. There are two, one for the older (8-12) kids and one for the younger (5-8) crowd video
  14. I just picked up all 3 LOTR movies for $1.99 each. So glad I don't have to deal with getting those at WM now :)
  15. That's my schedule too. Although a forecast of 0 degrees may change things up a bit.
  16. I got up early to go get a paper just in case... and nothing BF, nada, zilch.
  17. Oh, that changes things then. Drive to the city :)
  18. Just go to CVS and enjoy your holiday weekend. I'm trying like crazy to narrow by wants down to 2 stores. If I could just find that dang Santa Sing A Ma Jig at retail price before BF, I could skip TRU altogether! Someone on another board posted about a TRU putting them out on the shelf early. I called my TRU and no such luck
  19. Found the Lalaloopsy Mini dolls @ TRU yesterday. They had all eight, I only picked up two. Their heads flop around like the regular size dolls and their arms and legs move. They're pretty cute. Will definitely get all of them at some point.

    Store Maps

My WM has 18 items on their map, 10 of which are TV's. But since I'm going for kids clothes, a bike, and maybe some movies, I will have to run around and look when I get in the store. The movies I want from WM are going to be on a Amazon lighting deal on Wednesday, they're currently marked at $5.99 so I'm hoping during the lightning deal Amazon will match close enough to WM BF price of $1.96. Much rather get them that way, one less crowd to fight.
  21. Looks like it's sold out just about everywhere right now. Keep checking zooLert.com
  22. Ya know, a BF camp-out could make for a great first date. Separate tents of course
