Thanks for sharing this again, I missed it last year! The Lucky Bag thing sounds kind of fun, although I totally understand why people don't wait in long lines for them. My brother lived in Japan for 10 years and my sis-in-law (his wife) is Japanese, I'm gonna ask them more about this when I see them on T-Day. As for S. Korea, I must go visit! I also have a long list of k-drama actors I would love to meet lol. A family friend recently went to China with his 10 year old daughter and the natives were constantly stopping her to take pics and touch her. I was told at first she thought it was funny, then became annoyed by it, then by the end of their 2 week visit she was used to it and took it in stride. She is neither blonde nor red headed, just Caucasian and cute.

I received my site to store shipping confirmation and it lists the items separately @ $7.50 each. I'm wondering if I ordered more if I would be able to return the playground and just keep the city for $7.50...hmm. What a great b-day gift for someone and for only $7.50. I think the whole set is a little much for a classmate b-day. plus under $10 is more my $$ amount for those kind of gifts. I have no knowledge of this particular product. But I was a professional pet groomer for 12 years and can tell you like others have said that a Dremel with a grinding or sanding tip works very well. But a Dremel should be used in conjunction with a nail clipper, unless the animal gets weekly nail trims and there is only a very Small amount to remove. The act of grinding or sanding the nail causes a lot of friction, thus heat and can be uncomfortable and sometimes painful for the animal. Trim the nails with the clippers and then smooth out rough edges with a Dremel, lifting the grinding/sanding tip from the nail often. If the Dremel tip reaches the end of the quick inside the animals nail, it can also be painful for the animal. It's important to be aware of how to recognize what the quick looks like and understand how short you can go without causes discomfort for the animal. With a cat you can just use nails clippers and since cat nails tend to shred a bit when cut, you can use an emery board to smooth off the shreds. HTH :)

Normally I do turkey and ham on T-Day (DH is allergic to poultry), and then just ham on X-Mas day. This year the ham leftovers from T-Day were hardly touched and both turkeys were down to the bone. So I'm skipping the ham on X-Mas and just doing a couple turkeys again. DH is working anyway. He works at a large casino and they have a free employee buffet. They'll probably offer roast beef so he'll get something good at work.

Got one!! YAY! My mom picked one up for me to give me at X-Mas, she paid $20. So I called her about this and she said to get it, she'd return the other one and give me $10 for the 2-disc special edition. I'm happy and now I can watch it again with the free instant viewing! BTW I just saw Eclipse for the first time the other day when I rented it from Redbox. It's by far my favorite movie, so far. Twilight is still my fav book though.
