I like the gift card at Sports authority and last year we got a free chair too JC Penny did a $10 off last year unless you were lucky and got a larger one. Targets give away last year was yucky in my opinion. Steinmart usually have a scratch off in their ad that I use.

Anyone think there will be soundbars with subwoofers on black Friday to go with these TV's?? My folks want one for my brother. He is going to get himself a 60" or larger Smart TV.

I was in today to pick up a prescription and found construction paper, liquid glue, and a few other small things marked down 70% off. There was not a lot left. I also saw beach towels 50% off but I'm hoping for 70%

Best memories are the times spent with my parents, DDs and DSs standing in line talking and shopping for those special deals. I loved it when stores were closed on Thanksgiving and family time was more important. Worst memory: Getting caught in a cold downpour as Kohls was getting ready to open. I was soaked!! (I never remember the umbrella)

I agree, I have been researching those bean bag chairs for a while, and bought when I found what I was looking for at 50% off the regular price.

I try to pick up things here and there throughout the year especially the Target toy clearance sales. Tonight I ordered 3 beanbag chairs from pier imports super excited about those and also found some lego watches on clearance at Kohls for 3.60 (after discounts)in store, How about you??

We have the Prime Outlets about an hour from us but I have never gone, I don't want to fight the traffic and there are always to many deals closer.

Last year we got DD a Smartphone for Christmas, we got her a LG TracFone. We got a one year service plan and paid for 400 minutes. It triples her minutes and text so she has had 100 text per month 100 minutes per month and I don't remember how much data. DD turned 12 March 2015 and this has been perfect for our family. She is able to stay in touch with all her older siblings, Search things on the internet, etc. If anyone is considering an inexpensive phone for their child this year, we have been happy with this. However I would like a new iphone for myself

Ok I get very excited about certain gifts for people, I am real excited about what I got my dad but I can't say what it is because he browses this site. So I guess I am most excited about DD11's gift. We got her a smartphone (tracfone) that triples minutes for life we got her a 1 year 400 minute card( 1200 minutes, 1200 text and internet service) and a case. She is going to be thrilled. I plan to set it up the week of Christmas, wrap it and call her whiles she is unwrapping it. What are you excited about giving?

Have you checked availability in stores near you we have a few around here that say check store availability.

I am hoping that I can make candy and bake this year. I'm hoping it will keep me busy enough to not shop anymore. I keep seeing things for the grandbabies and I am so tempted but so far I have only gone over budget a little bit and I have not used the credit cards so I feel good about that.
