My parents are the hardest for me, not because they are picky and they always say they love whatever I get them but they are hard because I wish I could do so much more.... they have been wonderful parents. I'm still looking for that perfect something for this year. My DD11 is hard this year too.

I shop there for groceries, and just scan all my receipts, so far I have over $25 and I just put in another receipt. I am using it to save up for BF. Can someone explain the Bluebird thing??

Thanks for the heads up about KMart. I hardly ever go in there any more, but I would venture in to see 50% off toys. Of course the last time I did this they accused me of putting a tag on the back of a toy (they said "We dont put the tags on the back) Really I must be desperate for a big bird toy figure!! Then it took them 30 minutes to return my few items, you know maybe I won't go back after all

I really love them all!! If I had to choose favorites it would be Target, Walmart, Kohls, Toys R Us, Sears, Home Depot, Lowes, and Macys Ok I'll stop the list there but I would really like to add more!!!!

I have never camped out either, and doubt I ever would. I don't mind being in line for a few hours but I really enjoyed the online shopping last year!!!

My birthday is in November so I usually have money that I can spend on me. I love that I can find some good deals on things I want but not take away from my Christmas budget.

The Target toy clearances also help me with the grandkids, I also love Kohls clearances too. I have 2 grandkids done, other grandkids almost done and a few things for everybody else (I think) If I am going to run out of money I want to take care of the children on my list first. However, I have no clue what to get my 11 year old. She has given me a list but I'm not sure yet. I do have her stocking done!!!!

Half Price Books 10/10

I am trying to cut back some this year, on who I buy for and how much I spend. I love for them to give me list and I have been asking for them already too. I know I will buy for mom, dad, 5 grown children 1DSIL, 3DDIL, 1 child age 11, 8 grandchildren (ages 5 to 1 month), brother, his wife, nephew, my in-laws, teachers, and possibly a few others. I have not done as well saving this year so I am a little worried.

Last year was the first year I ordered the majority of items online. I really liked it so I plan to do the same this year.I just need to sleep more before the sales start. I will still go out for a little while and shop in the stores too.

I stopped at another Target today and there were no signs but things scanned at 30% off. I will just keep checking I would like to stock up for different things at 70% off if I can.

Dollar spot was 50% off today I was surprised it was this early.

I went to three Targets yesterday and got a lot a 70% off. I plan to go through it today and decided who gets what and make a list. I know I got the Nerf Rebels for DD and 3 of my DGS's are getting MIke the Knight castles and accessories. It was weird here because some things were 70 percent off at one store but they would not even be on sale at another. By Christmas I will have 8 grandbabies and 1 nephew all under 5 so I am thankful for this sale!! Chesapeake stores at Hilcrest and Greenbriar and the one in Norfolk on Military Hwy. My parents went to the one at Chesapeake Square but nothing was marked while they were there.

Thanks for the heads up I am going in the morning. I did go today and checked but no movement here. Very little to choose from though

Has anyone else been scouting out the toy clearance?? I will have 8 grandbabies 5 and under by Christmas and hope to get most of them done at this sale.

Now it is only one week until Christmas Eve. How is everyone doing?? I got two types of cookies made last night. I still have not found one final item I need to complete a gift for my dad. Maybe Amazon????

I am excited about the gift I have for my parents (I would tell you what it is but they sometimes get on here) I am also excited about DGD age 2 getting her kitchen. She is going to be so excited!! What are you anxious to see someone open???

One of my DS's bought one and he likes it the more he uses it. Part of the reason he struggled at first is the windows eight.

I keep thinking I will finish "today" and I keep remembering something I have not done!! Today I plan to wrap the small gifts for friends at church, pick up 2 items I forgot I ordered:) Deliver gifts to the nursing home, return an item that was not what I thought and hopefully get the right thing, and try to find my mom a gift. I am just not satisfied with what I have her yet!!

All presents bought and all wrapped that have arrived except for 2 and I am not expecting but 1 more package. I still need stocking stuffers for my mom, my dad, my DMIL and DFIL. Hope to do at least a little baking but we will see. I want to take DD out to see Christmas lights one night too.
