i recently sent a package with 2 day priority shipping , and it seemed to take a week.. so maybe there is hope

i am so far behind.. i didnt even decorate like i normally do.. not even plugging in outside lighte that are in a tree so high i leave them up all year .,,. and inside i now have a tree set with no decorations.. and christmas cards around door frame are the only decor in my room( a room i normally go all out decorating ) not even worth setting up at this point. only throwing something on the tree. and then wrapping..

i wrap everything and then pick 2-3 small gifts to add to stockings .. as well as the other stuff in there. always socks , oranges . candy granola bar, some type of soaps or deodorants ect. i am still shopping never mind done wrapping. I KEEP PUTTING IT OFF. and now it is getting to the point i cant . i do a few here and there.. today i plan to get some done and go to 2 places and get a ski lift season pass , and some gift cards at another place .. then i have several items coming monday .. and shopping will be done. ..

wrapped 31 gifts yesterday.. will have to do that a couple more days and maybe i can catch up..

wow you guys are all organized!! i am so far behind in my wrapping.. and had a good plan.. but good plans only work if you follow them. LOL, i seem to still be shopping . so wrapping is certainly not finished . i have boxes i still am going through and will be kicking up the wrapping this week. just went and got some gift cards today to make calendars with..i put one on each month...

i didnt last long and neither did the sugar free gummy bears lol. thank you so much secret santa i actually never had them before but will certainly be buying them now that i tried them! so so so good. you did amazing !!!..

yes you can get up to 5 of each. i just got 3 of 2 different ones and do so every year. i often get 3 of 4 different ones.(i get them as prizes for the high school kids when they graduate at the all night grad party., and we have 3 rounds of prizes)

i just placed 4 orders.. and saved over 2500! the first order the 25% worked ... not the following orders. but that ok first order alone i saved $1,258..and only spent $426. got to love kohls.

UNREAL .. after searching the boxes, i asked my son to check the boxes i sent up to be put away for project graduation prizes.. and he says" ohh , i MAILED them! " WTF you guys wont mind but the family/friends i had done will never let me live down this lol. but now to find out if he actually did .. lol funny thing when i ASK him to mail things i double check and have to make sure he does.. lol i guess i cant be to upset he was trying to help.

has anyone noticed if there is a sale for the xbox live , was looking and found it for $47, but i know i had it cheaper in years past.

i am beginning to wonder whats going on.. i bought 4 items now, that the person i bought them for ended up showing me they got it ! this is the down fall to wrapping early and putting stuff away .. now what do i do? did through it all and find the stuff.. some i will have to open to see if it is the items .. i hope this is not the beginning of a curse, with this happening more and more. last year for a birthday i bought someone something for their car, and they traded in the car LOL

in every one of their stockings i put a fruit, a pair of socks , usually a chap stick, some candy,(now protein bars) and 2 small gifts wrapped gifts in each.

it seems the actual black friday shopping has diminished a lot the last couple years. .. but there is still shopping to be done and going out thanksgiving night after spending the day with family (in my case sometimes going out with the family) and this year since i can not drive due to a medical issue i will be relying on others , but will still be doing plenty in store and on line. hoping to get te feeling of the shopping bug for BF

lol .. i got the list , got excited ,i tried to get an early start.and started doing the christmas cards....LOL.. and i lost them.. i bet i put them in a box of presents i was also wrapping. oh well from now on i don't do 2 things at once.lol .. and i will find them the next day i wrap

well so much for that idea. LOL!!! i dont think i wrapped since i wrote that. so tomorrow, aside from going to funeral home with my friend, . ( i am very comfortable with doing it, and she didn't want to go through it alone )and taking her to lunch/coffee ...i will be home all day. so i plan to get at LEAST 15 -30 done. plus a few birthday ones. as long as things go as planned. if not .. well then i am sure ill catch up at some point. i also have to pick up at JCP , kohls, and have a few items to go buy at O.S.job lot.( the crazy deals) .. ugg after writing this all.. i am thinking i wont get as much done.. but... i will at least have gotten stuff done .

i use to do this too.. i had an r.v. and in would wrap in there and keep everything in there. now i do it all in my room or my kitchen .and hide it in closets under the bed or i a big box in the corner ,

there is still the thrill of the actual shopping rush.. but i also have switched over to a lot of online shopping instead. and now i shop for an organization as well. for gifts .LOTS of them . its fun and saves them a LOT of money. so a win win,.

made this truck .. you can fold money into any shape.....no plans nothing like that.. just started folding .. and it came out good. lol.. actually had the tire idea as it is what my mother does to give us gifts.. she makes"bows" and they are the actual gift.. taped to a present .. or you can make french fries.(fold dollars and place in french fry box).

lol i remember when we only needed them for aldis. my state banned shopping bags in ALL locations . even fast food. to protect the environment .. now you bring bags everywhere. they can give you paper only , but because of this new plastic bag ban , they charge you for every brown bag. so it only makes sense to use recycle bags. .. as much as people are complaining, its best for the environment's future. .
