every year i try to plan gift buying/wrapping.. and every year i fail and Christmas night i am wrapping... does anyone have a pla they actually stick to somehow??? so i have come up with this years plan...(i don't have unrealistic high hopes of achieving it , but worth a shot) i plan to MAKE ONE online purchase a day from now till the week before Christmas. i will plan shopping out later.. but i also plan to WRAP 2 gifts (or more) a day from now till thanksgiving..( starting with the small pile of boxes that i have in the next room. then i plan to wrap gifts if i am not shopping every day. Thanksgiving weekend is off for wrapping , as it will be shopping and decorating . ad the birthdays are off as i will be planning those celebrations on those days..

knowing i will have a busy season i actually WRAPPED 2 today!!

we played the present in present game last year. we actually do a coin toss gift card ,, everyone brings a gift card we put them in a board.. and toss a coin into little cups in front of it.. my brother made a plingo board and has the kids roll a puck down it and what ever $ domination it lands in is hes gift to them.

hopefully the weekend after thanksgiving, providing nothing goes majorly wrong

crock pot is back..

funny thing with my outside lights. we go a littel haywire with our outdoor lights.( some we actually leave in a huge oak tree as they are not climbing to the top of this tree every time to take them down and put back up the high ones.. anyhow i got one of those projection light things and we put it up.. what a waste. lol due to the other lights you cant even see the lights that are all over from the projection thing... opps didnt think this one through

the saddest and most odd, was a request for a family members health to get better..

i think this is a great idea bopeep had.." Maybe he could spend the night this year, and instead of opening gifts Christmas morning, you could have a nice breakfast. Then open gifts when the gf can be there too. 'this way he wakes up there and neither of you are missing each other... and you can have the presents out there to see but just not open them till shes there.maybe watch a movie or something together. I really get this is sad for you.thats only human.. i am certain many many many have had these feelings. change does and will happen.. it does not mean we will always like it , and even if we do like it it will feel "different" as it is change. but it also is gonna eventually change anyhow. maybe this can be the ease into it... not that it feels anything like easy now!!

this contest seems like a lot of work for brad, and whoever is helping.. unless there is something i am missing they have to go through EVERY post and count them by person. yikes i hope they have some kind of a program that counts them! or they deserve to win for all the work they wuill be putting in!!

omg..*pulling out hair* this is perfect for the kid who doesnt have a truck but wanted to join in ..he has a ford explorer. i mentioned this to Adam,and chris wants to do it.. adam thinks he will be adding something every single day to his truck.. i am waiting for these kids to get pulled over. though one of then is the police sgt. son..so maybe they will be ok.
