Got to CC at 03:40. There were about 60 people in front of me. By the time the store opened at 04:55 there were a few hundred people behind me. I got: Motorized Disc Cleaner - FAR Clean Dr. Screen Cleaner Pro - FAR 48 Nexxtech AA Batteries - $4.99 AR 3 50 packs of Nexxtech DVD+R blank media - $6.99 each I found what I wanted and got out of there. Got to Staples around 05:30. There were about 30 people in front of me. I got the following: Digital Research Dual Format Internal DVD drive - $19.94 AR Maxtor 200GB Internal Hard Drive - $29.94 AR Playo 50 pack DVD+R blank media - $2.94 AR Walgreens Schick Quattro razor - FAR Not my best year since BB and OM didn't have much to offer....

This is actually going to work out! CC at 5 AM, Staples at 6 AM and Walgreens at 7 AM! I won't even leave town this year! Spending my money in the home town. The city governement will love me for once! :)

I'm awake! About to go to CC. Should get what I want since no big ticket items are on my list.

My local paper didn't have the CC ad. I then bought an Austin paper which had the CC ad but not the BB ad. I had to buy papers from 2 cities to get all the ads....

Yep! There were 15 - 20 people waiting at 7 AM to get in. I got the electric blanket for a full size bed for $29 and 5 packs of t-shirts for $1.99 each. Got some other stuff off the clearance shelf.

I got home at 5 AM from work and my paper is here!!! I still will have to buy an Austin paper for Fry's ad...

My local K-mart closed down. The nearest one is 41 miles away so I will pass on their "deals".

I got Big Lots and Wal-Mart early. The rest will be in Thursday's paper.

The DVD+R's are a great deal but how can I order at 6 AM Friday when I will be in a store???

How do you if they are stealing? They might be paying for every copy!

Won't work. My rebate form always has the dates the item has to be purchased printed on the form. So if you buy early you will be out of that date range. As to getting the rebates, Staples is the best. I usually get my rebate back within 4 weeks.

If it is Audiovox run away as fast as you can! My first Sirius receiver was an Audiovox and I had connection problems with the antenna. A very common problem with Audiovox by the way.... My second Sirius receiver is a Starmate. No problems with the Starmate so far. :)

I always go by myself and don't have any problems. How could it be dangerous?
