If someone is pleasant and doing s great job, I take their names and register number and then call on Saturday and talk to a manager. Last year I called Walmart about my awesome cashier and the manager was very excited to hear about my experience. Likewise, if a store is doing a great job as a whole I'll call corporate.

I've had horrible luck with toys r us online the past 2 black Fridays. If it were me, I would throw that sucker in my cart at Walmart and price match it. My ds3 has that rampway and loves it, btw! Great toy!

Grabbed the Lorax for $3.99! Such a great price! I am loving my Prime free shipping. I just got it last week and can't believe it took me this long. I'm also glad I wasn't the only one lost with the whole PST thing. Dh was in Cali for work 2 weeks ago and I was completely lost in my EST while he was over there. Lol

I have to say, I've been cleaning up on Amazon and in Kmart this week! my BF list is getting shorter and shorter. Kmart onThanksgiving morning is still my main stop, then we'll hit Tarfet and Walmart that night. I think I can skip TRU now. Planning on hitting kohls and JCP Friday morning at some point, and maybe the mall. Can't believe the deals I've found already! I'm already done with ds8 and my youngest brother and 90% done with ds3!

Wow, what a year! Seems like it's going around. I'm so sorry for all the pain and hardships you're all going through, and I hope you can all find some comfort somewhere. It's been a rough one here, as well. We've had some losses, illnesses, etc, and now I've got a health issue of my own going on. Ugh. Looking forward to putting 2012 behind us.

We got rechargeable batteries for my son's because of that. Yeah, I don't have any first-hand experience with the new portal, that was just something I read. I was debating on whether to get my son the portal owners Giants or go for the one with the new portal but ended up getting the portal owner one after I found legendary Jet Vac at TRU.

Yes the old portal will work for the new game. In fact, I just read today that some people are having issues with the new portals, so I'm happy to have our old one.

I had no idea that Hungry Hungry Herd was going to be so popular! My little ds3 asked specifically for that game for Christmas, and I went everywhere today trying to find it. Target, Kmart, Walmart, and TRU were all sold out, and Walmart was even sold out online. Luckily Amazon has it for $21.99 with free prime shipping, so I just ordered it. Should have just done that first! I also snagged Fibber for ds8 for $8.97 on Amazon.
