  1. I found many baby items (formulas, bibs, powder, ointments, meds) and Wags brand of Good-Nites 90% off. Also,I got a Sunbeam Cool Mist humidifier reg. $44.90 for $4.49. A few feminine products also 90% off. Awesome trip today!
  2. Sarasuzymomma- great score and way to go!
  3. Whoo hoo, I got mine today! Good Sept. 19-28. Hmmmmmm......what to get, what to get?
  4. Thanks! I'll be watching for it.
  5. How about a new twist on an old favorite? I remember the first time I tried the Philly Pumpkin Pie which was like a combination of cheesecake and pumpkin pie. It was a traditional taste but had that new dimension and it was so good to me! I have to have my old favorites but always like to make room for something new and different too :)
  6. If you are in the Midwest,Meijer stores always have awesome (IMO) Thanksgiving,BF and BS (Black Saturday) sales! They are also online. Shopping for adults/older teens usually means electronics and clothes. Many online places will have good deals right up until Christmas so keep reading these forums to stay abreast of any and all deals! Really, this is THE place to hear of deals whether in store or on-line.
  7. Bummer....not here yet! Marked 50% off and scanned that way too. The Hello Kitty and cute girls' ones were full price ($14.98)! I got a package of 2 small garden flags for $4.98 (50%)-Spring and summer ones. I got 4th of July ones as I didn't have any of those,so I was happy.
  8. I haven't checked in-store yet this week, but it is on the front page of their ad next week.
  9. I saw this and thought to myself, "okay,if someone asked me where I got my netbook and I said CVS......." And if you could get one of those $4 off $20 coupons and used some ECBs,you could score a real deal. I wouldn't doubt that CVS (and by default,Walgreens) has something very like this deal for a Doorbuster on BF.
  10. I feel for you! DS 13 just says he wants "surprises" and DS11 makes a detailed and exhaustive list-I don't know which is worse lol. My older sons always appreciated FOOD so I made up boxes of their favorite goodies that they didn't get often and threw in some Subway, etc. gift cards. Maybe your kids wil be more helpful as it gets closer to Christmas :)
  11. Great scores- lucky you!
  12. Tuesday here too. After today, $6.99 with NO ECBs. Fortunately,I went and got mine on Sunday.
  13. IIRC,Harbor Freight is one of the first ones to be released,so your DH should get his fix earlier than the rest of us! Most of the time,I don't know what I'm going to buy until I see the ads...think they plan it that way?
  14. Anybody think the new Hasbro Furry Frenzies or Zhu Zhu pets will be popular again this year? Mr. Squiggles is lost somewhere in our house right now DD5 wants Jilly for her bday in Sept. but I wonder if the Hasbro pets would be better?
  15. Thanks for the rebate info and link Andrea and RockfordMom! I only paid .97 for the razor OOP (I had $3 ECB) but this will be a big MM! I need to look around the other forums more often
  16. I first got the limit (2) on the G2 pens for .19 I realized what a good deal it was and went back to get more but they were out (of course).I asked for a raincheck and the manager said he could give me the $1.19 price (but not the $1 off q from the Easy Saver Catalog) but I don't really need them anymore. I am surprised that their recent good BTS deals (like packages of highlighters for .19 and the 30 pk. mech pencils for .99) had no limit! Not only that, they had plenty of the product even on a Tuesday! That's a shame that you don't like the cashiers; I used to feel like that with the CVS cashiers but they are much better now. It takes the fun out of a good shopping experience when the cashiers are like that. Around here,we have a Wags on just about every corner but only a few CVS in the whole city. Sometimes it just helps to find a store where the employees are helpful and friendly, even if it means driving a little extra :)
  17. I stopped in CVS to take advantage of the Schick Hydro razor deal on sale for $8.97 with $4.00 ECB. Manufacturer's q in Sunday's paper for $5. I got the last one and the best part was there was a peelie for a free Schick Hydro shaving gel ($3.99) ! Still many medicines 75% off. Look in the toothbrush/toothpaste aisle for additional deals. I got an Oral B Advantage toothbrush for OOP .24. UltraBrite toothpaste 75% off for .37. My other thrill was finding a Colgate SpinBrush Pro (electric) at 75% off of $21.99 for $5.49 plus the extra heads were 75% off also ($2.49). I wish I would have had my $4/$20 but I just got the offer today. It was a good trip for me!
  18. Whoo Hoo-110 days! Thank you for that...I don't like to wish my life away but soooo looking forward to cold weather and Christmas! I totally understand about enjoying each and every day of that blessed season. I start listening to Christmas music on November 1st and am not ashamed to say it! I watched some of QVC's Christmas in July (just saw the toys) to get in the spirit :) Enjoy your tree! If it brings you joy,why not?
  19. Does anyone know how to Sneek Peek the Wags ad? I thought I signed up for weekly (early) ad email alerts, but I haven't received it yet and the website shows the current ad. I have 4 of the $1 off 2 Bic products coupons and am really wanting some pens. With the way WG has been putting out the BTS deals so far,I'm hoping to see me redeeming those q's there tomorrow. TIA!
  20. There are some restrictions but not on clearance. I've scored some really good deals (my last JCP cash was $7 oop for an originally $90 dress for son's h.s. graduation).I don't think I'll ever top that lol! I imagine I'll be spending this on 7th grade son's uni pants. I wanted to rush off to the mall early this morning but this deal runs Monday,Aug.9-Tues. Aug.24. I look forward to seeing folks post some awesome deals!
  21. Yep-every little bit counts!
  22. Got mine in the mail today! Just in time for BTS!
  23. That's a great thing you're doing! I am impressed with Walgreens and their BTS deals this year. They have the fabulous deals and there is NO LIMIT on most of them! In the past, they'd have a phenomenal price on something but it would be like a limit of 2 or 3. Not that way this year,so far. I'm taking advantage of the prices because our school pairs with another school and our donations go farther this way. The kids are the true winners.
  24. My best score today was a ###056060176 Lexar 4G media storage Twist Turn USB drive $9.99 was $19.99 I had a coupon for $10 off this item (sent in the mail in a Back to Campus flyer) Got it for free I also found some men's underwear and socks 75% off.
  25. Indiana has never had a tax-free day for anything. It would be kinda nice though. Happy shopping!
