  1. The great thing about lasagna, is that you can make it ahead of time. Toss a salad and bake some garlic bread and you're done! No messy kitchen on Christmas day, and you can spend your time with the family instead of in the kitchen! Oh, and Christmas Eve we do potluck. Everyone brings a dish and we eat like pigs on (very nice) paper plates! LOL
  2. I agree, got mine preordered for my ds2 already. He LOVES Elmo!
  3. I got my son a Ripstick for Christmas last year, He LOVES that thing! I can't do it at all!
  4. This will be my Lucky 13th year!
  5. I think the crowds are getting more ruthless every year! Gonna have to wear my son's football pads/uniform soon! LOL As for the weather, the worse it is, the less crowds! Also, if you're buying something on bf and saving less than $100 bucks, it's probably not worth it at BB. Now, if you're getting multiple items, and saving $1000 bucks, well, that might be worth getting cold and chilly for! And remember, it only happens once a year! Good Luck with your choice!
  6. My niece (13) got tickets to Wicked last year and was absolutely ecstatic!
  7. I ALWAYS forget mine!
  8. Thanks, i ordered for the first time!
  9. I am usually back home with a stuffed mini van and an empty wallet by 10AM!! I have a plan, I get in the store, I follow it, I go to the next store, same thing. I usually hit 4 or 5 stores and I'm done by 10AM.
  10. Sorry for your sis. But at least ya got one! LOL! I think Wal-Mart needs to do tickets like Best Buy for electronics. It's INSANE! and Dangerous!
  11. Kmart and Meijer are open here on Turkey Day. I usually go to Meijer for their Thanksgiving day deals.
  12. 2 years ago, Wal Mart had a 50 inch projection screen for $500. I was 4th in line. There were only 4. When the doors opened this BIG dude jumped the line from behind me and power drived me into the glass doorway between the two opening doors. Just about knocked me out! I had a head injury and floor burns on my knees and elbows! The store manager felt sorry for me and sold me a Philps 50 inch High Def that was on sale for $1200, for the $500 bucks! I also bought the computer tower for $198 and he threw in a flat screen monitor for free! As we were leaving, the guy who pumbled me, couldn't fit the HUGE projection screen box in his SUV. Ahe....my Tv was light as a feather and flat. No problem fitting it in my van!
  13. For those of you near a Meijer, When you purchase $10 worth of Kellogg's products, you get $10 off a back pack. Plus their already 40% off! Pop tarts 8pk are 3 for $4, Cererals are 2 for $5. I did two seperate transactions and got 2 FREE backpacks. Example: Reg price 15.99-6.40 (40%)=$9.59 - $10 with Kelloggs purchase=FREE! (they do not give you overage.) But I had $1 off two pks of Pop Tarts which made the deal sweeter for me. They also have FIVE STAR brand backpacks (good quality) Reg. $59.99-$24 (40%)=$35- 10 Kelloggs promo, makes them $25.
  14. The Wal Marts' by my house were out for weeks. I had to buy a TV guide for $4. Then I made them share. They weren't really impressed, the glasses were crappy. Shame on those people selling them on Ebay!
