Oh yes I love the green bean casserole, but I use more Durkee onions than your suppose to.

Oh last year at Kohls they started to open (unlock)the "out" doors to let them in and all of us that had been there for quite a few hours started yelling "No don't let them in" LOL they locked the doors back up and came to let us in first. LOL Those people were not too happy to see that! Oh Well!

What does everyone have for dinner at Christmas? I just ordered our Ham from Marketday and not sure what else I want to make with it. Mashed taters? I would like to try something different but nothing waaay out there! Anyone have any ideas? What do you have?

Gosh now I'm jealous! I wish I could but there's just no way we could do that together. Now if we drove separately and went to different stores then yea but then technically I would still be alone!

DH and I did something like that for our oldest before we were married. He was about 6 yrs old and him and I lived with my parents. They have a one story brick home. DH helped me climb the outside brick up to DS window. I wore a Santa hat and had the big sleigh bells. We rang them while I looked in the window. I seen him sit straihgt up in bed and YEELL for Grandma!! I SEEN HIM I SEEN HIM! (they knew we were doing this) SANTA was at my window. I jumped down with my oversized boots and we ran away to the street, jumped in his truck and left. LOL Gosh I'll never forget that! But the funny part is the next Spring he actually found one of the bells that had fallen off the strap we had! That just made his day!

OOOOhhh I just got a tingle up my spine! LOL only 21days.

I was wondering does anyone prefer to go it alone on BF or do you take someone with you? I HAVE to go alone. Having others with me slows me down! LOL My DH is one of those people "Oh no go ahead you first"... Or... "No that's ok there's only ONE left -- You have it! Or He would be the one to STAND there and hold the door open for everyone. LOL He's also known for looking in all directions but forward, so he usually runs into alot of people! He'll be looking at something and keep walking until he runs someone over. So with all that I leave him home! LOL Maybe he can just get the deals online!

Oh yea done here! I didn't want to take the chance of losing it! LOL I usually go over each one a couple dozen times!

My only rule that morning is don't mess with the Momma until she gets her first cup of coffee! Then pretty much anything goes! LOL

OH Yes Love those! Each Holiday I look for them.

If I got up at 4am there would be no way I'd make it to any store on time. Took a shower at Midnight to help wake me up and I was waiting at Kohls doors at 1:30 last year. I never went to sleep.

Wow broken ribs!? I have a chest protector from motocross you can borrow! LOL

I add a little baking wax (Gulf Wax)to the Chocolate chips, it helps it harden quicker in the fridge. These are just plain YUMMY!

I usually double bag everything in black trash bags and put them up in the attic. Then I have to make sure I have a list of what I got for whom and then hide that too.

Last year wrestling with the Hoover I think Steam Cleaner box through the people, waiting in line, out to the truck.... only to find out when I got home waaay later that it didn't come with ANY attachments so for $99 it wasn't such a bargin! I have attachments from our old one and thought I could use them with it but it wasn't made to even take them! Oh well! Live and learn.

The only thing that keeps popping in my head was the person in the wheelchair we all let them cut in line to get out of the freezing rain only to have them JUMP up outta that chair and run into the store! We were floored! I heard one person yell sarcastically "It's a Miracle"!!!!

We use both and we usually use about 900 or more lights. DH and MIL wrap each branch! It takes her anywhere from 3-5 days to set her tree up. I use to try and leave town when she started to pull out the Christmas stuff! LOL At least I'd tell her I had to go out of town!

I've sat in front of DH and wrapped his! LOL I just do it so casually he never gives it a second thought! I've had him help me with the ribbon on his own packages too, like "Hey honey put your finger here and press it tight" .. etc.. He never knows!

Last year we gought tons of stuff at KB and gave it to Toy for Tots. Our son had a great time picking out toys for them. He kept saying "Oh mom I just know they would love this ... or that.." LOL I thought he was going to break the bank!
