Did the cashier scan both or just one? On the gift cards/coupons I had stated they are not good unless they are activated by scanning them at the cash register first. I hope you get to use both of your coupons!! If they say anything just tell them oh the cashier must have missed that one! LOL

I can't get the coupon to print! For some reason it keeps coming up with something about sending a fax?! I don't even have a fax machine.

I only have 2 rebates this year and both have me One is for a set of pots and pans I bought at JcPenney, there is no rebate form anywhere. The other is for a boot dryer I got at Dick's Sporting goods yesterday and again no rebate form or anything! All I have is the item and my receipt.. now what the he!! do I do with them? Anyone HELP ???

I like this forum...admins/mods are nice and helpul and quick to help/respond...I think that only happens in the smaller forums tho...a lot of admins/mods I know are snotty little bastards who have an itchy ban finger... This is so true on OTHER boards. You can get banned for next to nothing! Anyway here I sit, I think my butt is starting to look like my office chair !

Is anyone using the $10 gift cards today? I have 7 to use so I'm going! I should really only have 5 but here's why I have 7... I bought one of the Hoover Steam Vacs for $99 (not really worth it by the way). My hubby wanted me to put anything home related on the credit card instead of using Christmas $$. So with my first purchase I had a set of towels and the steam vac. At the register she rang up the steam vac then one towel, as I was pulling out the other towels they snagged so I told her forget it if they snag that easy I don't want them. So she voids the towel and re-scans the steam vac. She never said the total is or anything, just ran my card and sign here. On to rest of my purchases. It wasn't until yesterday I realized she rang up the steam vac twice. I had to go back to Kohls' to get my refund of the $100. The CS lady said "I don't suppose you have the 2 $10 gift cert we gave you on this do you?" Of course I didn't I left them in my truck but I just said I was sorry I don't have them on me right now. So I still have the extra $20 to spend!! I know it's a long story, sorry about that! I do tend to ramble sometimes!

Yep like I said before I'm hooked on this site and now with the coupon board well I'll just plant my butt here and have my coffee brought to me! LOL I was getting mixed reviews about that laptop so I passed on it. There will be others and I have more time to save up for one. :)

In a way I'm glad to hear that. Only because I felt bad for not getting there to get it for my son who is going to College next year. I'll just keep my eyes and ears open for a good deal on a GOOD laptop!

When I grow up I wanna be you! LOL I'm good but not that good! I jsut got everything sorted and boxed/ bagged up to "hide" up in the attic. Also made my list on what is in each bag or box so I don't forget (now I have to hide the list too!) I won't wrap for awhile, because I love doing alot of decorating on each package so it takes me awhile to do it!

Yea Brynn ! Nice Job! I only have one for $20 . Thank God I hate doing rebates!! Last year Staples TRIED to screw us by saying we sent it in too late. I think NOT I filled it out and it was dropped at the post office that same day (BF). It was for a scanner that after rebate was $9.99. I took it back to the store and after finding out this happened to alot of people I got a full refund.

I was really bummed out with the Hoover steam vac I got from Kohls'. It doesn't come with the hand attachment. We thought we could use the one we have already but NOPE there isn't even a place to plug it in. Oh well I'm not about to lug that thing back!

We had some teens some and they took pictures of some of the people waiting and stood around until more people came then took more pictures and left. they didn't do anything else but take pictures!

I got to Kohl's at 1:30 and was the only one there.. no employees -nobody!! So I spent time going over my game plan, did some knitting ( I'm making blankets for the dogs at the Humane Society). Then at about 2:30 another car pulled in then the police. They came to check to see if we were ok, he told us that Wal-Mart already had about 25 or more people in line. It wasn't until 4am that someone else came so we went to the door. We were only out there for about 2 min when the ass. manager came to let us just inside the first set of doors to keep warm! I thought that was really nice of her! Thanks to whoever you are!!! By 5am there were tons of people and the Ch.8 news crew. Tried to get on TV but there was a camera hog who took all their air time! Oh and you know who you are!!! So there goes MY 15min of fame! LOL I did make sure I told any & everyone who would listen about this site! Hopefully there will be some new people from Ohio to join us here!

The only thing that really pissed me off this BF was a man standing behind us. We were all chatting of course along with him. The woman right behind me and right in front of him was talking about how next year she won't have the extra "weight" of a baby inside her to slow her down and the baby will be old enough to leave home with hubby etc. Well as soon as the doors opened we ran into the store only to hear a pretty loud boom. I had no idea what it was so I kept going only to find out a little later he slammed her into the doorframe to get past her. I'm sorry but what an ! When I seen her she had a lump on her forehead. I knew what she was there looking for and had told her in line that I would make sure I grab one for her just in case she couldn't get to it. Needless to say she got the portable DVD she wanted but also got a nice lump too.

Well I took my shower around Midnight and was out of the house before 1am. Got to Kohl's just before 1:30am. I got back home around noon to 1pm. checked out some of the household stuff I got (Hoover Steam Cleaner & set of pots and pans) then went to lay down. I got a couple hours of sleep and got back up for a few more hours and went down for the count at 9:30 - 10:00 that night.

OK everyone I'm off to the shower to help keep me awake! Best of Luck to everyone and Please be careful! I wouldn't want to hear any kind of bad or sad news tomorrow about anyone! Take Care Smooches to all MotoXmom! P.S. I may be back for a minute or two before I leave!

The one from Cleveland was probablyin the Plain Dealer and we only got the News- Herald today. Crap I would have loved to see it !
