  1. Bought a new family computer online at Bestbuy for store pick up. Went late Saturday to pick up. Line was about 50 people with 1 checkout. I cannot stand that long so left. Went back on Monday. Long line with 1 person checking out pick ups. I asked the door guy if they could switch to curb pick up ( was not able to get that originally or change order) Guy said no so I left. Better luck next month haha

  6. Walmart has a Deco Chef on sale for $169. It makes square cubes. Looks nice! (Mine makes little cup shaped cubes that do melt quicker.) Seen a few but not square cubes. Fyi
  7. I wouldn’t wait on tires if you get winter in your area. If you can buy now.... Have Weathertechs but never saw a sale Internet search??
  8. I think ours makes about 2 cups into the tray ( maybe takes an hour? Never timed it) but as long as you keep emptying ice when it is full and you keep the water full, it will run all day. Edit to add -the tank holds at least 3 trays worth of water
  9. I bought a “cheap” ( none are) one on ebay a few years back. It works fine but we only use it intermittently. I think they are basically similar- fill bottom tank with water, little metal freezing prongs dip into water that goes up into the top and when the cup shaped cubes are frozen they dump into a tray. The tray and machine is not a refrigerator, so you have to dump the cubes into your freezer when its full. We even take it in the camper sometimes. Pretty convenient and quiet. Every one I have seen is similar. I think you can get a usable machine for under $100.

  23. My wifi-only watch works anywhere in the house when my phone rings in the other room. The cellular only works with the 3 major carriers. And it is $10./ month, last I knew. I will not pay $85/month for a cell plan. My ST is about $37 with tax. end rant
  24. Actually, my favorite score goes back many years to a long ago Walmart where I splurged on a West Bend bread machine. I thought if I was going to spend $50 on an appliance, I had better make it worthwhile. So I did. I used that bread machine until it wore out. Bought another one at Goodwill, used that one till it wore out. And I am continuing the tradition. We love homemade bread. People we share with seem to appreciate homemade bread too. (Easy gift, and no dusting required!)
