Pumpkin Pie casserole 1 1 lb can of pumpkin 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk 2 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon Ginger 3/4 teaspoon Nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon Allspice 1/4 teaspoon Mace Mix well and pour into large casserole dish. Bake at 375° for 50-60 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Enjoy.

Checking in for October. This year has been absolutely crazy. Lost our internet after 15 years and had quite a time trying to get one. Summer was extra hot and dry. Trying to get some maintenance done around here and ended up with an entirely new HVAC system. But health is ok. Dog is good. Cannot complain Now I can start shopping for some Dear and hard-to-buy-for people!

Checking in for August. The year is flying by! Had awfully hot weather this summer (more than the usual hot muggy Maryland summer) but the last few days have been delightful! (We call it Maine summer) i am just so happy my going back to school days are past. Keep cool , keep well.

Holy crap! I was ticked cuz Earthlink was giving us continual cost increases. Went fro from 29$ to 65$ with 3 of those increases in the past year. (DSL unlimted eveything) Went round and round trying to get a different provider and ended up with Verizon 5G. So far, very pleased. (Dealt with the local Verizon store (( not our cell provider) but so far, so good. $50/month….. (We had Comcast BRIEFLY a long time ago. No FIOS here) Good luck ps if anyone wants an unused Earthlink router, its yours for postage

Hi. Checking in for January and enjoying our snow. Sucked that our furnace quit last nite but a few heaters got us thru til the repairman got it fixed today. Toasty now. And putting out lots of birdseed. edit to add: We did get to spend Christmas camping at the beach. Was sunny and about 50°. Think we will make that an annual trip.

Spent a lot less this year. Ppl hard very hard to buy for, I have no good ideas, not in a great mood either. I did find a few nice shirt/ jackets/ candy (the good candy) but mostly a gift card year. Luckily my relatives like eating out- easy-peasy. edit to add: I joined amazon prime so i could get some birthday (dec22) gifts for my beloved brother-in-law and was waiting and waiting for delivery and discovered everything was cancelled w no notice. We dont have kids so the holidays are not exciting. I do enjoy putting up a few small decorations and lights on the back deck so I can see them from the kitchen. But this year I hope to do something fun- go camping at the beach. We did this a few years back ( really depends on the weather) and just veg out with the Dog and iPads. I will report back

Hello. Hoping i can get a few ideas for hard to buy for people. Luckily the family is small but no young kids or fun toys. Working on the house so I do not have much interest as we dont need much gifty stuff.

It is Pumpkin time Went to the farm and got a pumpkin, some mums, colored corn and something called neck pumpkins- butternut squash-like but huge. Sliced, baked skinned and froze 4 quarts of the best tasting cooking pumpkin!! Pies ahead and also a happy Dog.

I got my magnets and stickers too. Went to put one on the fridge and is is next to my old one:) Thanks Brad
