Hello. Hoping i can get a few ideas for hard to buy for people. Luckily the family is small but no young kids or fun toys. Working on the house so I do not have much interest as we dont need much gifty stuff.

It is Pumpkin time Went to the farm and got a pumpkin, some mums, colored corn and something called neck pumpkins- butternut squash-like but huge. Sliced, baked skinned and froze 4 quarts of the best tasting cooking pumpkin!! Pies ahead and also a happy Dog.

I got my magnets and stickers too. Went to put one on the fridge and is is next to my old one:) Thanks Brad

I still miss Borders. And Kmart.- good thing I stocked up on clothes At least there still is Barnes and Noble.

September is zooming by here! Just getting around to checking in.....and the rest of the month will be super busy too. Hey-at least I’m not bored.....

Hello August. SO GLAD I am out of school. I do not miss it one bit. Startled a bit when I saw it begins in 2weeks- At least I was lucky enough to always start in Sept. Thought it was illegal to go in summer/August Staying waterlogged in the pool

Hello Folks, just checking in for July. Not sure if I have been here this month. Am on the internet less cuz I am keeping cool in our above ground pool, which we enjoy, and trying to get our failed-foster to swim. So far she just grabs her biscuit and backs away

Checkin in for May with February weather. Still running furnace and wearing heavy jackets. But the daffodils were up so it must be Spring. Camping season WILL be coming.

Hello. Checking in for April. Been a wild weather month so far- had a nearby tornado (minimal damage) but spent time in the basement listening to the hail and waiting for the weather radio to say all clear. Best to all of you!

Well, it is supposed to really blow out tonight. Not tornados but 60 MPH wind predicted. Out like a lion too -Batten down the hatches.

March is almost over in a blink. Spring is poking it’s head out -daffodils are up, and my crazy almost-year round blooming magnolia has buds. And best of all we have a camping trip scheduled.

Hi, checking in for March. Birthday month. Glad daylight savings time is here, lighter evenings. Still a lot of birds at my feeders, including a 1st timer- Hairy woodpecker. Daffodils poking up but still not warm, oh wait, maybe tomorrow. Or snow. ed. to add- where did my smilies go?

Also checking in with this speeding by month and trying to plan a vacation later this year, hopefully Sound like here-20° the other night and supposed to be 79 later this week. Last month we had 6° in 60° in the same week

Hi People, just checking in for February. All kinds of weird weather here, but that seems to be everywhere.

I already started shopping. Does that count? Sent DH to our new Dollar General after Christmas (still had family to get together with) to get some wrapping paper. He got 8(EIGHT) rolls. A lifetime supply for our small family.

I got this last month. Highly recommended. Especially for this price.

Hi People! Just checking in for January. Time is speeding by. In the past few weeks it has been 6° and 60°. Wow.

Hi Folks. Glad to “see” everyone. I got car tires! And I am THRILLED, DH got me a remote control ceiling/vent fan for our camper. He said I mentioned it in July and he remembered!! And it even closes if it rains, who knew:D Thanks every one for your cards!

We are not getting much of the predicted wild weather, but had sleety rain, then snowflakes, now the sun is out. Typical
