  2. I'd look at Bestbuy, try to find a small TV on clearance or open box. Target has good deals if you keep an eye out. Or I'd try craigslist, there are A LOT of TVs on mine because people bought new ones in the last few weeks. I'd also sign up for your local freecycle group. www.freecycle.org, search for your local groups. Post you want to find Grandpa a TV for Christmas, people tend to help out seniors or have ideas on where you can get one for a reasonable price. :)
  3. The wolf? I didn't even know a wolf existed... They have a variety of huskies in different colors she might be calling a wolf. The husky is in a few sets at Target right now. 1. The Christmas Advent calender. Regular price $9.99. You get 3 pets inside, Husky is Dec. 1st. (target exclusive) 2. Arctic Adventure set. $9.99 set. Comes with a husky, seal, chinchilla, and accessories. (sells all places LPS sells) 3. Littlest Pet Shop Around the World set. If you can find this at Target, grab it. It was in this week's ad and is a limited edition. Sold out at the Targets around me already. They have a Husky wearing ice skates in it. (Target exclusive) My sister picked up the stuffed e-pets on the Hasbro website. If you're lucky you can catch them on www.target.com every now and then. You can get 10% off codes for Target.com. Those are the only places I've heard selling the e-pets, besides ebay. Little hint... you can play on the e-pets website without a pet. Just sign on as a guest. My son does it all the time. They'll give you a little dog to "borrow" so you can go play online. Wish all the virtual websites let you have trials like that!
  4. This was the Black Friday camera, right? I think so....people were trampling over others in order to get this camera at this price, I heard. Funny how many BF deals at Walmart are now available online and in store for the same prices.... They have it bundled with a photo printer for just a little bit more ($128.84): http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=8130070
  5. Hasbro's 12 Days of Christmas Deal on www.amazon.com Buy a toy from one section, get a free toy from another section. Cheapest toy you can buy is about $15. Then you can choose a free toy...they have the Fur Real Pony Accessory Pack in there and TONS of Star Wars stuff. http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?ie=UTF8&plgroup=1&docId=1000169431&plpage=1
  6. Best Buy is suppose to have a fairly decent laptop in their ad 12/2 for $399. Pretty comparable to the BF laptops from CC if I remember reading that somewhere correctly...
  7. The recalled ovens were pulled off the shelves and Hasbro has NOT been selling the ovens for MONTHS. I picked up several accessory kits at Target for 75% off this past summer and planned on getting my son the oven for Christmas. I have been looking for it since Sept and therefore learned that you could not buy them ANYWHERE. (well, except the older models on ebay, thrift stores, garage sales...) Hasbro had signs up for a while saying they would be back up on their website with the remodeled version starting in Dec. Walmart actually got them in a day or two before Thanksgiving. I was so thankful. LOL I just actually drove out there today to grab my oven so I'd have one. I am happy. DS is now officially done. :)
  8. Candy Land Dora doesn't. Darn it! I was going to pick that one up for my daughter's bday too. Thanks for the link! That makes life a lot easier! Now just debating whether I want to spend more money this month or not...
  9. I just saw this deal and I've been trying for 10 min to try to find other Hasbro games that also work instead of buying 2 Doras. Anybody have any luck finding the other select Hasbro games? I can always get an extra Dora game for Toys for Tots but I don't NEED the Monopoly, just would like it if it was free with 2 games I actually wanted...
  10. Amazon had a big GPS sale this weekend. Their prices have risen a bit, but they are still fairly good deals. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw/102-2143488-0191335?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=garmin+650
  11. Here's a $10 off can use in store too http://f.e.bathandbodyworks.com/i/34/528207786/110507A_coup.html
  12. okay, went back to change it. now it has the correct link and info.
  13. Okay, redoing my post, put the wrong link in before :) Kitchenaid is offering a cash rebate when you buy certain attachments for their stand mixers. Attachments must be purchased between 11/18/07 and 12/31/07. Here's the link: http://www.shopkitchenaid.com/pdfs/25OffAttachments.pdf Doesn't work at Lowe's or Bed Bath & Beyond stores. I have a Linens and Things and Kohls coupons and I'm going to check prices there... LNT attachment links... http://www.lnt.com/product/index.jsp?productId=1361900&cp&kw=kitchenaid+attachments&origkw=kitchenaid+attachments&sr=1 Kohl's attachment links... http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/homepage.jsp;jsessionid=HC7GtTgRTHBXLntLZcqwXq07jfHHzZhPxbxQxcMrnQSzbnyLJYBG!1789363325!-1290650248
  14. sorry!! I DID a search before I posted this! I really do try not to do reposts! well, a mod can close this here too.
  15. Every day from Mon-Wed they are having online specials on ONE item. Once it's gone, it's gone. http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/widgetContent.do?oid=198797&c=1&cm_re=main%20marquee-_-thanksgiving%20countdown-_-link1 Mon: Lowrance iway 250C GPS : $99.99 (sold out already) the rumors say that these are the next items (they only have a photo of a camera and TV on their website, so you can't tell from CC): Tuesday: Canon Powershot A570 $149.99 Wednesday: Olevia 47" 1080p HDTV(247TFHD) $1,099 Thursday the Black Friday prices go up on their website :)
  16. If you're brave enough... Kohls has their toys 50% off as an Early bird special BF. They have tons of LM dolls. They had a package set that I saw advertised in Oct when they had 50% off their toys back then, but that sold out early. They may have it in stock again you can go check it out. One of the best deals is the Little Mommy twins packs at Target. I bet those will sell fast, so if you can get them this week and price adjust that would be good :)
  17. I went to TRU this morning to get the Wii games. I was about #30 in line at store opening. The store cashiers were soo slow. I didn't get to the register until 9:45 (45 min after opening) and was in line for electronics the entire time. LOL I guess the point is that you better carve out a LONG wait even after getting inside. I have driven past TRU Thurs evening at midnight and they already had a long line of about 45 people. I think you better get there at least mid-afternoon Wed to get near the front, and then expect not to get out of there for another 1-2 hours after you get in the store.
  18. Target has most Leapster games (not LMax) for $15 until Wed at closing. This may be a cheaper way than going to KMart.
  19. Target has Leapster games for $15 Sun-Wed this week. :) Cheaper than the KMarts B1G1 sale.
  20. I called one Sears this morning and was told it was for the V series and not the S series. YAY! So we drove the 40 min out to the Sears. The salesman that approached us knew nothing about any Doorbuster sale that was happening and told us we were a week early and the Doorbusters were next week. @@ I told him he was wrong, they had emailed me, and Sears has the ad posted on their website. I explained to him how in the email I received yesterday it was for the V series TV and when I checked the ad in the morning it was now for the S series. I told him I had called the store to verify the price and model before driving out. He looked online and said that he was sorry but that was all he could price match. He called the manager over and the manager told us there was no way we could get the $2200 TV for $1399. I told him about the email and he said that maybe it was a special online and he would price match the online site ONLY if I had printed it out. But since it was separate links, I didn't print anything. I am not going to Sears on Black Friday. I attempted to get deals F&F night and then again today. I am done with them.
  21. The only reason my son has the LMax and not the regular Leapster is that I found the LMax on clearance for 60% off packaged with 2 games. He HARDLY uses the cables to connect to the TV. If you can get a good deal on the LMax I'd get that just for the little extra fun LOL. Doesn't make that big of a difference. Kohls has a good deal right now. If you go to www.kohls.com and search for leapster it says the LMAX is $79.99. but if you add it to your cart, it says $67.99. Earlier tonight it was saying it was $63.99. If you have a Kohls card you can search gottadeal and get an extra 15% off and free shipping. see, a deal like that is worth it to get the LMax. Earlier this evening it would have been $54 to get the LMax. When you compare that for getting the regular Leapster in store for $60, I'd buy the LMax and then wait until clearance sales to get the LMax games instead of the regular ones.
  22. The site http://www.allaboardtoys.com/ that someone posted is having a big Thomas sale that ends Saturday 11/17. 20-50% off trains. I have found the Target learning tree trains and the Toys R Us Imaginarium trains are also compatible with my Thomas sets.
  23. Target had this one on a temporary price drop. I thought it was around $28 in store but I could be wrong. All Targets I have been to have it on a price drop in store. Top of the line, super fancy model with all the bells and whistles. Programmable timer, you can set temperature, comes with a temperature probe to even turn off the crockpot to the warm setting when the right setting is reached. LOVE this crockpot. Wish mine broke LOL http://www.target.com/Rival-Programmable-Stainless-Steel-5-5-qt/dp/B00008KIWH/sr=1-1/qid=1195281232/ref=sr_1_1/601-3342530-6743330?ie=UTF8&index=target&rh=k%3Acrockpot&page=1
  24. Both the Learning Tree Target sets and the Imaginarium sets that Toys R Us carries are compatible with Thomas and Brio sets. :) We filled up on Target track a couple years ago when they had a huge set down to $15 after the Toy Book coupon. We threw it in with the Thomas track we had and we can't tell the difference at all. trains are compatible too. check online too. http://www.allaboardtoys.com/ they are having a sale through 11/17 on Thomas stuff http://www.totallythomas.com/ great store. my friend orders here online. I've been to the store itself and they are very very nice
  25. But if you print that out... the $1899 model on their website is the 720 model http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_05771677000P?keyword=46+sony I can't figure out what to print to get it to show that their ad links you to the better TV. I certainly want the better TV for the lower price, too.
