  1. That is exactly what these computers are for, lite work for office task, surfing the net, and movies. They are not hard core game machines or used for video editing. Most people who use it like that will be happy .
  2. 40% is GREAT! I hit this sale every year. The last sale back in Jun/Jul, was 25% off and I got Star Trek BD Collection for under $50 (and some othe good deals). The sale before that was 20% off. My only fear is like what Brad said; that they don't jack up their prices. It seems lately, their prices haven't been that great. I've found better deals at Amazon and other places. I wouldn't be suprised if some items get jacked up a little or maybe it will be off of the SRP instead of their normal prices (40% seems extreme). We will see.
  3. To a 'geek' any computer that is not the 'Top of the Line' is 'Junk', lol.
  4. Now your just being silly, lol . (no offense)
  5. I posted a similar message to someone just the other day, saying to watch for the $12.99 price at BB and Target, lol.
  6. The Simpsons could be as low as $12.99 on BF. Try BestBuy or Target(had them earlier this year) for that price.
  7. I got the one at BestBuy. With theirs I got a FREE steelbook(my first), so I am happy with that, plus they matched the price. When I first ordered it from BB, they charged me $27.99, but when they shipped it, they adjusted it to $19.99 :).
  8. My DW just hit this the other day, but she got them for $3 each. $18 for 6, not bad (I've taught her well).
  9. I'll sleep on the plane if I make it home in time, lol. Heck, they keep posting the BF ads on this site and I won't be able to sleep.
  10. You're kidding, right? We don't sleep until we get home, lol.
  11. Here is alink to Walmart's Disney DVD collection. Not really a sale, but something to go by for now. I'd compare prices with Amazon and wait for the BF sales. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/catalog.gsp?cat=1019721
  12. Wow, you can see the effects of Blu-rays this year. New DVD releases for $10. Some of the Blu-rays are not much more. Terminator: Salvation can be had for $16.99 as can Harry Potter, both at Amazon. Snow White on BD was bought for $9.99 a few weeks ago. I saw Night at the Museum:Smithsonian for $19.99(probably cheaper before Christmas). If I was still buying DVDs, I'd snag these.
  13. Now the price is $54.99. But still not too bad, only 9.16 each. Better than $20 each for Rocky and Rocky Balboa alone($40 for both).
  14. That is why they are so cheap suddenly. The Blu-ray players with Netflix have pushed the price down on the ones without. So, if you don't need Netflix(it is on Xbox and PS3 now) then this is a pretty good deal.
  15. Last year BestBuy had a laptop for $279 and it had a dual-core processor. So you might find a better deal. I also believe that Wally World is going to have more of the HPs before Christmas.
  16. Nice deal for those who have kids that love Veggie Tales! My DS grew up on them and loved them.
  17. This deal is 'Gonna Fly Now'! (These are horrible, don't you agree)
  18. Yo, Adrian! Mine shipped today, yea!
  19. If I make it, this will be my first time back in 5 years. My last (good) one was back in 2004. Hope to be home for this one.
  20. I should change my name. I feel like the king of cancellations(that's why I mention it in my signature). Last year I got online orders cancelled by Radio Shack, Best Buy, NEX, Sears, and ToysRUs(there may have been more). So be careful with some of your BF shopping online.
  21. Brad, When you come back from the post office, post some new scans for BF .
  22. DARN, lol.
