I have a soft spot for USB flash drives for some reason. I have EIGHT of them, ranging from 128MB to a 2GB (but the 2GB is on it's last legs). Even with 8 of them, these 4GB drives are looking pretty good. And I don't even need more space. http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/Marcster2005/Smileypad/Angry/N1ImGoingInsane.gif

We have *FIVE* within 9 miles of my house with more on the way... And three more that are 15 minutes away! It's ridiculous! But, yeah, latte or donut deals would rock. http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/Marcster2005/Smileypad/Coffee/millan_donutcoffee.gif

Surprising -- no LCD TVs, GPS units, or digital photo frames. No big deal about not having LCD TVs though. In our area, all the employees and managers bought 'em before the stores opened. The customers didn't even have a chance, even though they camped out for 'em. http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/Marcster2005/Smileypad/Angry/vent.gif There was an article last year in the Morning Call (our local paper).

Hey, that's not a good thing... With Wal-Mart's sucky ad.... More people are going to be shopping at "my" Staples -- trying to get the same deals that I am after. This is not going to be good! http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/Marcster2005/Smileypad/Sad%20Upset/scream.gif http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/Marcster2005/Smileypad/LOL/ices_rofl.gif

You mean to sticky this one? I certainly can, but do you think it's necessary? There aren't that many comments in here, not like the laptop thread for instance.

Nice review, with sample pictures: http://www.steves-digicams.com/2007_reviews/panasonic_tz3.html

Office Depot's ad still isn't out, and we're still waiting for the rest of the Staples ad. Don't give up all hope! http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/Marcster2005/Smileypad/Sad%20Upset/consoling2.gif

If memory serves, many of 2006's W-M items were regular price items too...

What's your budget? -
Does the Shaker have a screen? From the pictures I've come across, I don't see one... Definitely a kid-oriented player though.

The doorbusters are only available in-store, in the ads things that are marked Friday only are Friday only, and some items are available Friday & Saturday (while in stock, of course).

The Kodak Z710 got spanked in this review: http://www.trustedreviews.com/digital-cameras/review/2006/11/21/Kodak-EasyShare-Z710/p1 http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/Marcster2005/Smileypad/Slang/ohsnap.gif But, for $150, maybe it's worth it?

Nice reviews too: http://reviews.cnet.com/car-gps-navigation/garmin-streetpilot-c330/4505-3430_7-31288776.html http://www.epinions.com/Garmin_010_00401_10_STREETPILOTa_C330_GPS_RECIEVER_Garmin_0100040110_GPS_Receiver/display_~reviews (I can't add it to my official thread just yet, of course, but yeah, it's a nice unit).

The ad itself might be printed in America. http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/Marcster2005/Smileypad/LOL/heh.gif

Yeah, the Mods have become Santa's little elves. http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/Marcster2005/Smileypad/Holidays/elf.gif I did the FYE ad, but some of the other mods have really stepped up to the plate.

Allen -- what do you plan to do with your laptop? Just write papers? A little gaming? A lot of gaming? Photo editing? Video Editing? Taking it to and from class?

I would would wholeheartedly recommend Sansa's Clip. It's a 2GB player (enough space for up to 500 songs), has a built-in rechargeable battery with a 15 hour playback, has a built-in clip (no need to buy a carrying case or worry about dropping it), a built-in FM radio with 40 presets, a voice recorder, and comes in black, red, pink and blue. Reviews: http://reviews.cnet.com/mp3-players/sandisk-sansa-clip-2gb/4505-6490_7-32577903.html?tag=prod.img.4 (with a video review) http://www.engadget.com/2007/08/25/sandisks-sansa-clip http://crave.cnet.com/8301-1_105-9765979-1.html Best Buy has the best price going for the 2GB @ $59.99: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8553816&st=sansa+clip&lp=2&type=product&cp=1&id=1188561248462 (that's the pink one -- just put Sansa Clip in the search box for the other colors). Competing MP3 players include the Apple iPod Shuffle (no screen) and the Creative Zen Stone (not as nice of a screen, sound quality is not as nice as the Sandisk). The Sansa Clip is available in 1GB as well, but it's only $20 cheaper and only comes in black (and I'm guessing your girls are all about colors!). Personally, I have a Shuffle, but if it died I'd replace it with a Sansa Clip in red.

Free Wifi at Office Depot too:http://businesstravel.suite101.com/article.cfm/free_wifi_at_office_depot Why did your husband take away your internet access? Don't get into trouble...

I'm sure that Newegg won't let us down!

Plus, you don't have to deal with getting the huge TV back home...

There is also a 7" widescreen @ Radio Shack for $69.99 after a "$30 mail-in prepaid card". I'm not sure what a "$30 mail-in prepaid card" is, but I think that mean that you get a $30 Radio Shack gift card back.
