Yes we had a monster traffic day yesterday. It apears to be back to normal today, but if it gets bad, we have created a mirror of the main BF site on BF04.com (which is on a different server) so if we notice a slowdown we'll forward any visitors to the main BF site to the new one.

With so many people visiting the site over the last week, we thought we'd help prevent a major slowdown of the site and forum by making this forum for registered forum members only. There are still some similarities between the 2 lists. Both years had the trampoline, a lot of fleece clothing, and a few other things. Like so many of you said, the list doesn't look that impressive. I'm starting to lean towards it not being the full ad (and possibly not any part of the ad)

They aren't too far behind last year. The retailers are slowly getting more protective of the ads to try and prevent them from appearing on sites like this, so that could be part of it as well.

Great topic. I can't remember one particular thing, but I do remember 2 or 3 years ago getting all 4 or 5 things I wanted from BestBuy on their website on Thanksgiving day with free shipping so I didn't have to bother going the next day.
