At first, for me it was Bakugan. But Target got a bunch in a few weeks later

and i'm good now.

I was able to get everything with no problem. No searching or running from store to store. This year was easy.

Most stuff was pretty easy to find, except I had to go to 3 different Target stores to find a pair of boots for my daughter. Otherwise, everything was readily available, just had a hard time finding good deals on some of the items.

I had some fears about finding an Xbox since I missed out on it at Walmart on BF. But I walked right into Best Buy and picked one up.

Mine was helping a friend find a wii fit - that is the only thing that took effort to track down.

A twilight hoodie for DS, hottopic was always out of the one he wanted. Luckly they finally got the one he wanted in stock online and in his size and the + it was 10 off, and I had $10 off code!

My mom decided last Saturday that she wanted a Wii and a Wii Fit. She thought we'd just go to Best Buy and get it. After I stopped laughing I called them and found out they were actually going to have both the next morning, so I made her drag herself out of bed and go stand in 45mph winds for an hour and a half at 5:30am the next day (and of course I went, too!). We ended up getting them both, and now she knows better than to just decide she wants some hot ticket item 2 weeks before Christmas!

the Wii Fit....my bf was amazed at the number of people in line for it at Best Buy! He said I thought I got out of all this standing in line outside freezing when I didn't have to do black friday with you this year! We did get the Wii Fit though and are already using it! The kids are too!

DD14 wants a pair of X-Hi Converse in metallic blue! Yes you heard right! They are a very high top pair of chuck taylors in METALLIC BLUE! I knew I was screwed when converse.com cancelled my order! Oh well that one isn't happening. She says and of them in a shiny material will work even low top one. If I cant find them I guess I will be getting her a gift card to converse.com! Shes a shoe nut!

Everything I needed this year was there. No running around and searching. Usually there is that one gift thats a pain in the butt to find, but this year was easy for me. Maybe because my kids are getting older and their lists consisted of electronics, gift cards, clothes, etc. Basics. The only thing that was a tad hard to find being in Ohio was Michigan Wolverine slippers for my husband and sleeper pants, but found them online with a super discount (thanks for the members who had helped). (he grew up in Michigan till a teenager so still has his michigan roots firmly in place- OSU and MSU game is always so much fun here lol).

The Icarly camcorder. It is all my neice asked santa for. I guess it's a TRU exclusive item. We have looked at all of them and been on their email notification list forever. This thing has not been in stock for going on 2 months!

I was able to get everybody everything on their lists with no trouble this year. I think the only "hard to find" items that were on the list, were the nerf vulcan guns and a Wii fit. Walmart had the guns on bf and I got the last two and I went to Target not even looking for the Wii Fit, but I saw about 3 just sitting on the counter and was able to get one. I think I had a little bit of luck this Christmas.
