It's still cold around here right now...I bought some to give as a 'just because' gift! My girls teachers are awesome! I always try to do a little something every 4-6 weeks to let them know how special they are and how much we appreciate all they do! From a small gift like the one above or a $10 gift card to the local pizza place or walmart. I did gift cards to the discount school supply place that always has great deals on here and make sure to email them when they are doing the big sale. I always try to keep it in the $5-$10 range except for Christmas I do around $20 as they can't take more than $25/gift...but doesn't say how many times a year you can 'gift' the teacher LOL! shipping ends up being less than $1.50/item for what I ordered...I didn't think it was bad and thought 6.50 for the chocolate set was still a good deal!

my local mall store had 15 bins a items for $3, including body wash, lotion, cream, body butter tubs, body sprays and more. They are re-doing their packaging! They had a lot of scents to chose from and I stocked up! $60 later and 2 big bags I walked out but I won't have to buy any body wash or lotion for a year or more!

Anyone get their order yet? I am still waiting for mine to ship!!! Although it gives the shipping numbers FedEx says they haven't gotten the packages yet!

I went to the little small walmart in the next town over....they have a TON of stuff 50% off BUT since they have so much I decided to wait and check in a few days to see if it goes 75%! They had 2 rows of gift sets of makeup, nail polishes, etc along with a whole end cap of fleece blankets! 4 big bins in the center aisle of wrapping paper and bows...a bunch of chocolates, a lot of things I could buy and save for stocking stuffers for next year too! Anyone know when the next mark down usually takes place on holiday stuff at wally world?

The TAG only holds info for 5 books and each book you buy you have to download from LeapFrog Connect....I am not happy with the whole thing right now! My daughter got 7 books total from everyone for Christmas and it is always the 2 that aren't on the TAG she wants to 'read' or play. I have had to put 2 books up so they are out of sight/out of mind....what a pain the the behind! To be changing the books on the TAG every time I turn around!

OMG I just got on to the LeapFrog connect network....says they are having problems due to high holiday usage. I am not real impressed that the TAG only will hold the info for 5 books at a time! Why make something and have all these books for kids if the darn thing won't hold all the info for all the books you buy!?!?! What a pain in the butt this is going to be! DD will drive me crazy "mom this book won't work can you fix it on the puter for me" I can hear it now! She'll want to use the one I deleted to make room for the one she wanted to 'read' 2 minutes before!

SAME problem here! I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO angry and frustrated! I didn't realize that you had to download everything onto the tag....I would have done it BEFORE Christmas morning so she could use it right out of the box!! I still can't do anything with it! Did you figure it out or get it to work....I still haven't and have tried many many times today!

I need to pick up AAA batteries! I picked up the TAG reading thing for my DD5 and figured it would take AA which I have a ton of....got home wrapped it and noticed it takes AAA!!!! other than that I think I am going to be all set!

the Wii Fit....my bf was amazed at the number of people in line for it at Best Buy! He said I thought I got out of all this standing in line outside freezing when I didn't have to do black friday with you this year! We did get the Wii Fit though and are already using it! The kids are too!

my ex father in law went out and got some deer poop...brought it in the house and put it on the floor next to the table where the carrots had been left for the reindeer! My ex-MIL was some ticked off at having real deer poo in the house! The kids were amazed though!!!!

I am hoping that my OE and SS enjoyed their gifts....they still have not posted!
