I "won" a deal, the only one I won so far, on my first try. It was the $70 off of $100 from ToysRUs. Mine had a few rules that I wasn't aware of when I placed my first order. I had to order $100 before tax or shipping. And you couldn't combine offers...so I couldn't use a coupon code for a % off or free shipping. The first order I placed was on BF online, and it was like $97 before tax. I ended up reading the "rules" and realized for my own safety, I better cancel that order and reorder and get my total above the $100. My purchase was approved and now I'm waiting for the $70 to get put back on my card from Mastercard. I really wanted the $75 Nook deal, but it sold out too fast.

Did anyone get the Vtech Kidizoom camera? As soon as the deals went up, it showed out of stock.

I don't know how to answer your question, but I held off ordering my rebates items. The rebate info on all the items I've seen says purchase date 11/26 and 11/27. I'm placing my order at 12:01 so that I won't have any problems.

I had problems too but it eventually went through.

I got the Active Life Treasure Hunt game for $29.99. Waiting to see if they will match Target's Lego Harry Potter for Wii at $27 and Need for Speed Hot Pursuit for $35 (right now they only marked it down to $39.95).

Does anyone if the Legos on sales are all Lego sets or just the ones pictured?

I have about 40 things in my cart. All the prices are going up, and if they do go down, it's like 50 cents! I can't believe that with the toys, Amazon isn't even matching what Target is selling stuff at.

I'm the opposite. I've been patiently waiting for Amazon to lower their toy prices and at least match some of the sales that Target has been having. I'm going to Target tonight because they have some stuff in their 4 day sale, but come on Amazon. It's time to start dropping your prices!

I'm a bit panicky because I'm hoping to do 95% of my shopping online. And I'm really starting to worry that Amazon won't come through this year on the toys.

I'm not much excited yet either. I guess for me the weather hasn't been really "winter-y". I live in Wisconsin and it's been cold, but not even winter jacket wearing cold. It doesn't even feel like it's almost Thanksgiving. I started working on some Christmas crafts last weekend, and it's hard to imagine the tree will be up next week!

Never been to Menards early morning on BF. I'm going to go because they have the Polar Express train and it's the only thing my 4 year old really wants. What time do people start lining up? Also, does Menards stock their BF merchandise in the same normal places? Thanks!

I hope they have a bundle for the DSI XL. That would be awesome! So far no one has any bundle for the XL for BF.

I was thinking about this today. They better refund back the shipping charges I paid. Otherwise I didn't want the nunchuk. I don't understand why they can't just reverse the charges instead of sending paper checks.

Anything I've wanted from Amazon I've done fine with. I seem to remember some of that went on sale at 2 am. Kohls last year sucked with their site crashing all morning. I've also had success shopping at TRU, Sears and JCPenney online. This year I'm only going to one store and I'm hoping to do the rest online. Hubby and I will be working as a team on our laptops from the living room.

Definitely TRU and Walmart. Both are crazy madhouses and the lines to checkout are crazy. However, these are two stores that I will shop online for! :)

Wow! Menards might be the only store that I'm heading to. They have the Polar Express for 49.99! I don't like the "merchandise credit" rebate though.

I got one last year from TRU (not on BF) that has the drawers. It's the same brand, Imaginarium, and I haven't had one issue with it. My 4 year old is a total train lover and plays with it almost every day. The drawers are nice because extra pieces can be thrown in, but this looks like there might be room for a Rubbermaid storage bin underneath. I paid around $115 for it last year because I had a $10 coupon. So 79.99 seems like a good deal to me.

I was able to get Cuponk at Walmart for $5. They have it on rollback for $10 and let me use the $5 Target coupon. My store changes their coupon and ad matching policy all the time (sometimes they match Target, sometimes they say it's "out of their territory").

I saw a few things but nothing I wanted so much to stand in line for. I'll either buy online or hope that Amazon price matches what I want.
