hayperk Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 All of the secret items for the bf blitz are up on the walmart website. Nothing too spectacular.

redgssports Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 once again the giant wally bird has dumped on us. wow, walmart is no better than a dollar store anymore.
sigrist_2000 Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 the 12 dollar dvds...are somewhat good...thats what a corporate lady must been talking about today she did say something about 12...lol
rochenyguy Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 At least with these secret specials the lines outside Walmart will be shorter than Best Buy!
redgssports Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 the lines outside wal-crap will be shorter the the lines going to the bathroom at a rock concert
Just Me Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 man that sale is a JOKE. I'll be at best buy. Went by today and am happy they put porta pottys out front this year LMAO. Didn't have those last year. I'll be there before 3pm hope that will be early enough. I was there at 6pm last year and number 11 in line so I think I'll be ok
Guest CS.Dean Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 they could have really done something but AGAin they has dropped the ball big time. Target,CC, and BB will kill them today
JeffPerk Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Well, if there was any doubt that WM had the worst BF ad, this just put them over the top with a slam dunk. The ad is weak & the "secret specials" are even weaker. Whoever was in charge of this debacle in Bentonville should be fired. If I was Lee Scott, I would start the firing on Monday after this weekend when the sales results come in. Who is really going to shop there for the crap they have? I guess many will as Wal-Mart is their only choice, but many who have choices won't. They really screwed the pooch on this 1. Obviously they haven't been paying attention to what was said on here since their ad was "officially released".
red_72_1999 Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Did anyone hear about Walmart having a special sale online today?
scottcherie Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 I still cannot view the special deals on their website, i went to the website and clicked on secret sales, but all i can see is the mixer. Should i be clicking elsewhere?
redraccoon Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Seriously.... Rustler jeans aren't gonna get me to stand in line even if they were giving them away FREE. What a BLAH ad.
8truths Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 I still cannot view the special deals on their website, i went to the website and clicked on secret sales, but all i can see is the mixer. Should i be clicking elsewhere?Nope. You need to clean out your browser cache. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/customizing/clearcache.mspx Or, if you use Firefox http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_(Firefox)
8truths Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 I think this clinches it. I'm staying home and sleeping. No one seems to want my money Friday. Guess I'll just do the decent thing and give it to the phone company.
kklracing Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 On Walmart.com you can see the rest of the "secret" items that will be available on Friday, and if you look through their ad, it shows you if the item will be online or just in stores.
kklracing Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 I'm staying home from Walmart too. What a dissapointment! I just did most of my shopping on BestBuy.com - no need to go to Walmart to price match. Yay!
DesiDoLL88 Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 minimum one per store? are they serious?
drmy91 Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 I like the DVDs for 12. Thats the cheapest I have seen some of them.
darkzone Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 So how does this secret in-store deal works you just go in early on Friday and expect every stores to have these items ?
guilliam Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 minimum one per store? are they serious?Tha's what I'm thinking! Do they think I'm standing in line when they say minimum of 1?!?! Cause you KNOW they'll only have 1!! What a JOKE!
onecutemoocow Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Once again not impressed by Walmart! That seems to be the *TREND* this year with walmart
ihateshopping Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 I see some good deals at walmart, and will buy some stuff. 42" LCD, sony digital camera, dell desktop. I don't know why everybody is complaining. What are you wanting walmart to do?I don't think walmart would make most of you happy unless they were giving away laptops and had unlimited quantities. But then you would probably complain about paying taxes or something.
guilliam Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Personally, nothing that states a minimum of 1 is worth my time and trouble! What a disappointment! Thanks again Walmart! For nothing!
ihateshopping Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 I just came back from my local walmart (last minute food stuff for today). The electronics person told me that one of the $388 secret laptops is a Dell 15.4 with 2gb ram, 120 g hard drive, dvd burner, and vista premium that was $798. Model 1501 something. And they have 12 of them. He said all the others (HP and Toshiba are the same spec's but with 1g ram) I don't even need a new laptop but I am going to try to get that one!
DramaQueenLucy Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Nothing for me...so I will be stopping by for the hoodies that are $10.00
heavenlyvalo Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Wal-Marts ads is embarrassing. Target is going to be packed or would be if I had got my doorbuster ad. I'm so mad!
