Hubby decided he wanted a tablet tonight last minute. Got his order to go through but can’t get mine that was the original reason I waited up to go through. Don’t remember Best Buy being this bad.

I'm actually done. With Bath & Bodyworks' sale going live this morning, I finished up my Black Friday shopping. Granted, I've been up all night shopping online with Target, Walmart and Best Buy, only to see Bath & Bodyworks right before I went to bed. First year that I am avoiding all stores. I received Menards in our local paper on Saturday.

Last year Bath and Bodyworks put the tote bag on sale online before Black Friday. Has anyone seen any indication they will do this again this year, and if so, when? We really want one but don't want to go to the store if possible.

Has anyone received their $10 rebate for the Kohl's crockpot from Black Friday? I received a postcard saying my UPS didn't contain the valid product number and I didn't purchase the product at an authorized retailer????

I talked to my friend yesterday who is a manager at Walmart. She said their schedules aren't even being done until the week before so not only does anyone find out what time the sales start, but that Walmart can make any last minute changes based on what the competition does.

We bought the 32" tv from the front page of the ad based on the ad saying it was 1080p. Didn't notice it wasn't until hubby got the tv hooked up as a computer monitor. Then he realized it was only 720. I called the store and spoke with the manager who confirmed it was an "ad misprint". I was very friendly and explained how disappointed I was that Target corporate would allow this to happen and I felt it was "bait and switch". He agreed to give me the same 41% discount on any other tv, or an additional $20 off if we wanted to keep the 720p. We ended up with a 40" Apex for $200!!!! Now that is customer service! Thank you Target!

Last year our family was flying to Nevada on Thanksgiving Day. Mom and I stopped at 5 gas stations on the way to the airport. None had received their papers yet. I had given up hope on getting a paper to read on the plane (I had already seen all the ads here on GottaDeal and I couldn't shop anyhow, but its still fun to look through the print ads). We got to the airport (small terminal) and there was ONE paper left in the paper box. I was destined to have it I guess. I was even nice and shared it with other passengers when I was done with it. It was amazing how many people don't look online ahead of time and that was the first time they were seeing the ads.
