hokie7373 Posted October 14, 2023 Posted October 14, 2023 Best Buy is dropping the sale of physical media in the forms of dvds/blu ray etc. not a total surprise they have continued to downsize that area of the store over time. 1

I’ve grown tired of having to return so much stuff because it’s garbage with what appears to be 15,000 fake reviews. This is because some companies send out a free product or sample , some even send Amazon credits ,if tou write. Good review 1

Kash Posted October 16, 2023 Posted October 16, 2023 I admits I would choose Walgreens or CVS over them.
mgreen Posted October 17, 2023 Posted October 17, 2023 OK talking about the retail industry....do you all think these organized retail theft rings will impact what retailers do for Black Friday?
rwking75 Posted October 17, 2023 Posted October 17, 2023 I literally just got off of a Disney Cruise yesterday. Having a toy store onboard is actually brilliant. Especially on the longer cruises of 7 days or more, you can actually get a little bored. You have alot of parents with disposable income on cruises....this just makes sense.
BFgrl79 Posted October 17, 2023 Posted October 17, 2023 We lost our local Bed Bath & Beyond recently. It’s a shame because they always had neat, unique things that I’ve never found in another physical store, especially around the holidays.
Kanyon71 Posted October 18, 2023 Posted October 18, 2023 You can now shop BB&B online and they will have WAY more stuff no one wants as they were bought out by Overstock
Hubbalance Posted October 26, 2023 Posted October 26, 2023 I miss BBB. Online isn't the same as wandering the aisles and finding cool and unique items for gifts.

Only time I could get him to shop with me, lol. 1

My parents always returned from cruises and trips with gifts for the grandkids, so I think that will also work out for ToysRUs.

I think they will have fewer good deals to try to make up the lost income. They may have less inventory...especially in the areas most prone to the theft rings.
