bpr
I doesn't really change anything for me and that goes for no matter who won. Same paycheck; same spending plan.
riven3d
wouldnt of mattered who had won, I will still spend the same amount, how much that is i dont know, that depends on what is out there I dont even know until i get in the store, i got in with a list of what I know i want and i usually walk out with more than that, i usually dont have a budget. speeddiva
Not this year, but we have decided to seriously cut back all of our spending in the coming years. I have zero expectations that social security will be there for me in 20 years. Time to buckle down.
magickallight
According to the news everyone is moving to Canada... seems like things cost more there - so I am staying put and spending will be the same.

myboysnme
I picked I will spend less and that is because my retirement fund may take a huge hit. But in reality I will still try to get everyone what they want.

cllehto
I think spending overall will be down due to the uncertainty of privitization of Social Security which the Republicans have wanted for a long time and worry about repeal of obamacare which will leave many with high health care costs. tyreejames
My spending will remain pretty much the same as this money has already been set aside. Going forward, I will be making a conscious effort to cut back on spending for a multitude of reasons...

mcwalker
It won't change my spending this year. I am already trying to cut back a bit. I wouldn't expect the economic effects (whatever they are) to hit until next year, and especially a few years from now.

And millions more of low income workers are recieving subsidies through the exchanges. If they just revoke it without immediately replacing it millions of people will lose there insurance and have to pay more to replace it.
