Go to My Account on Shutterfly, and there should be a red little banner on the side that says it.

 

Here's what they said when I clicked on details:

Scared now. I ordered as I was told and emailed them. I won't know yet if this worked, so I will pray. I was needing the photos anyway, so we shall see!!!!

SAD over here, I wasted SO much time uploading and cropping photos and went to order my 1cent clark photos tonight, what happened? It says it expires on thursday so why on the 3rd can't I do it (or 4th either, after midnight!)?

I had a HUGE problem with them yesterday too. I found a phone number (not toll-free) and called them. They were the most unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. They all but called me a liar and tried to day I was making up the code. Then they "found" it in their system and told me that it had expired the 16th of September (well before many people here used it.) They initially refused to fix the problem, saying only that I could refuse the delivery and get a full credit.

 

I clearly let them know that would NOT be acceptable and that I had the copy of the coupon information on my computer at that moment. (on THIER website) They hurried me off the phone and said they'd call me today. No call today but when I checked my e-mail tonight it says they are issuing my cc a credit of $28.40, the difference between 1cent prints and 11 cent prints.

 

I am still not thrilled with them and their lack of help. I will not be ordering from them again.

 

I hope your problem was fixed. I was boiling mad when they called me a liar!

The clark had crappy support and no phone support (I never called the one # I found during the business hours).

I did get my credit, here's how it went:

 

Quantity Item Total

809 4x6 print(s) $88.99

1 8x10 print(s) $2.99

2 Reprint PhotoCD and Index Print Offer $5.98

810 matte finish $0.00

140 free 4x6 print(s) $-15.40

10 Free 4x6 prints upon registration $-1.10

 

Subtotal: $81.46

Shipping & Handling:standard: $27.37

Prints Order Total: $108.83

Minus Credit Card Credit: $65.70

 

Total was 43.13 for 809 prints, the 8*10, and the photo CDs. I can't complain as that comes out to like .04 a photo for the 4x6's and I will wait to see how they turn out. I have learned to use the coupons as early as possible if/when they still work and they did come through for me in the end so I'm overall pleased at the moment, but I was sweating for a day there.

Yesterday, I spent 4+ hours uploading 1,200 pictures to Clark Color. I also couldn't get the promo code to work so I emailed them. Since my order totaled $170 before the promo code, I didn't want to submit with the hopes that they would issue a refund. Unfortunately, they didn't send the email below until this morning. I guess that's what I get for waiting until the last minute. I sent them another email about how disappointed I was with their customer service, but haven't heard anything from them.

I did a search and didn't see this posted anywhere so I thought I would offer it out to you all.

 

Photoworks is offering free shipping on orders $25 and over. It says offer ends 11/06/06. But it may work past that, photoworks tends to give an expiration but the code still works after it! So it doesnt hurt to try! :D You cannot stack codes with photoworks though! So just a heads up on that!

I received this code in my email for $5 off prints at dotphoto.com and had a friend try it so I could make sure it worked for more than just me and it did!! Hurry though!

 

OFF5 is the code! It won't take it off shipping, only prints so just get $5 in prints. It comes to $3.27 for 34 prints with shipping!
