SuperMommy Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 I've been wandering about this movie too. My hubby wants to see it, but I'm afraid it's going to be one of those movies that looks good in the preview but itsn't that good when you watch it.
elena_398 Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 Its on my queue on Netflix. Should get it early next week

Gporter34 Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 I haven't seen this one. I will have to ask son about this because he and his friends went to see it last year when it came out.
peachysquirt21 Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 I saw it & it wasnt too bad of a movie. Had funny moments thruhought the movie. I dont see why kids could not watch it. For me I wouldnt buy it. That is just me tho. I can be very picky. LOL
Rob9874 Posted November 6, 2005 Posted November 6, 2005 I liked it. It's cute, and has some nice Christmas imagery. I plan on buying it. I don't remember any scenes not suitable for children.

gigit65 Posted November 8, 2005 Posted November 8, 2005 It is a very cute movie. The scene with Jamie Lee and Tim in bathing suits was very funny. Need to get a canned ham after watching it though.
JazzMama Posted November 8, 2005 Posted November 8, 2005 We went to watch it @ the movies last year. My husband loved it and I thought it was pretty funny. As far as being for kids, I don't think there was anything too terrible (maybe some language).
JanaBanana Posted November 8, 2005 Posted November 8, 2005 Oh good it sounds like my kids can watch it too then :)
ebony0421 Posted November 8, 2005 Posted November 8, 2005 I think it is going to be funny, but I'd rather rent it instead of buying it.

Spooot Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 I've not seen the movie but the book was great, it is based on the book "Skipping Christmas" by John Grisham..if you haven't read it then consider it, I laughed all the way through it. I was so glad to see Tim Allen in it as Luther, he was my first pick for the roll of Luther from the moment I started reading the book.
