Angelseyes28
Probably just come as you can. But of course since I live in MS I won't have to worry about blizzards and such:p

Trishy
Our stores always are open, blizzard or not.
Kandy
Blizzard, We'd be closed down for a while if that happened.. No one would know how to act in S.E. Alabama.
MarkRaby
Columbus, OH is just South enough that we hardly ever really get hugely impacted by snowstorms. And I can't remember the last time we've gotten any kind of measurable snow in November. -Mark-
JanaBanana
They would remain open, as long as they had power.
blakes_mommy
They would be open and I would walk or ride a four wheeler if I had too!!
Guest Deals4Me
Chicagoans are famous for blizzards...I think the Bears would still play in that weather....
PaulaJC
I live in the Northeast part of Ohio..Sorta between Youngstown and Cleveland. We are pretty used to Blizzard type weather and stores or businesses are always open. Paula
erh12275
Well here it's in the 90's today....by December it should be cold(according to them) in the 60's. If a blizzard happened here HEdoublehockeysticks would have to be freezing over!
reportermomof3
We rarely have snow that early here in southcentral PA. But if it were a true blizzard, the stores would stay closed. If there were only an inch or 2, the stores would definitely be open.
Gporter34
They would be open and I would walk or ride a four wheeler if I had too!! I would probably walk and pull a little red wagon if I had to. lol There are certainly things that would keep me home on BF but I don't think weather would be one of them. oldandintheway
I don't foresee a blizzard here until January or February. But if there was a blizzard on BF, as long as the roads were driveable, the stores would be open.
alimfp
Blizzards don't happen here.. nor most any other advisory. When something does happen, it's just a lot of rain and some flooding usually. But if something did happen, I think stores would just open as usual and say, "Come if you can.."
pcsoon
Bizzard would be nice;) . A great way to limit the crowds.:)
RossMAN
It rarely ever snows here, just cold windy rain.
TheDude
What is this snow that you people talk about? I know earthquakes:(
elena_398
Businesses always open. Weather is fickle in Ohio so that kind of weather condition could happen.
orangedaisy
It would have to be a really bad storm to close down things around here. We get snow storms and ice storms, but I'm talking everything would have to be frozen over, power would have to be out, etc. before things would shut down like that. elena_398
Knock on wood, I haven't run into an ice storm. I wouldn't let snow stop me, but ice would.
all4linkae
Ahhh...we are used to that here! Put a sled behind the snowmobile and head out! LOL. Heck, the schools don't even close for bad blizzards here, the stores definately wouldn't (as long as they had power)
Gporter34
We actually had an ice storm about 4 years ago. It was terrible, I feel sorry for those who have to suffer those things. Our WalMart had a small section roped off by the registers to sell batteries, candles, and a few food items. When their generator went out, they had to close. elena_398
I hate black ice too. Now if I remember right, one year there was that. Hated it because you never could see where the slick spots were. I believe that was on Thanksgiving day though
Grants Dad
I'm guessing folks would trade in cars for Snowmobiles. I know that in blizzards before, I've taken my sled to school, work, and even to the grocery store for supplies. Looks pretty odd in a metro area of 125,000 here, but it's whatever it takes to get the job done right?
meteorologist1
We were lucky in 2003. A lake-effect snowstorm hit here in South Bend, IN, on Thanksgiving dumping nearly 8 inches of snow. But the next day there were still a lot of people lining up in front of stores for Black Friday. Most of our roads were cleared out very quickly once the snow stopped so it was not a problem to go out. But it was really, really cold!
kennedy04403
A blizzard here is pretty likely. If it's bad out I won't go out.
Gporter34
I live about 2 miles from our WalMart and shopping center, so, I can actually see myself leaving early and driving about 5 miles an hour if I had to. I would probably just roll the window down and stick my head out so that I could see and worry about thawing out when I got there.lol
gigit65
I would atleast walk to kmart. It's right across the street.
