I think I remember in years past they told me I had to exchange the item for another from the same department. Any $$ limits? And is it per store or all of Targets? TIA!!!I've never found their policy to be different for seasonal without a receipt, at least until it goes clearance. I managed to get one pack of napkins that someone had hidden behind the regular napkins but all of the papertowels, cups/plates, Kleenex/Puffs, chips, pretzels, and everything else was GONE. (looked in the regular aisles for all of it as well as the Halloween section). There were a few Soft Soaps left, but even at 50% off they cost more than Up & Up hand soap, so I passed on those. Oh, well...no biggie but I really legitimately need paper towels! :) There were a lot of people shopping the Halloween stuff (costumes, decor)....I wanted to tap them all on the shoulder and tell them to wait a few days and get it for half the price.
