Has anyone been able to get their Target maps yet? All I see are maps for the few things they show on the webpage target.com/blackfridaymaps...the only other is to get to the ad...I don't see anywhere to click on to get the maps!!

Thanks, Brad...that's what I thought, but I don't think this is considered a "doorbuster" per se, so wondered if it works differently...hoping the new site makes this possible--would sure like to take advantage of other early opening stores, instead of waiting outside til midnight!! I think Brad is right, because I remember planning to buy something that was supposed to come with a GC two years ago, (when I still did a PA on BF instead of waiting in line), and I don't even think you could buy it and then go back and get the GC after, you could only get it in-store, during the sale...

Ooh, TFS! My DS2 is SO hard to buy for, but he LOVES Angry Birds, so I will check this out!!

I take my lists from here, and write other items or specifics on them (ie., if an ad says there are "70 other games in-store to choose from," or something like that, I write in specifically what I'm on the lookout for), because I am just scatterbrained enough that when I'm trying to be fast and efficient, I will inevitably forget the one thing I wanted most to check out. I do also take the ads, but a lot of times, those are used to pass the time before I get in line, or if I need to clarify for myself what something in an ad was...

Maybe you should post a sign that says "Please Don't Feed the Animals," and THEN see what kind of looks you get!

My DS wants one of these, but you have to have a helium tank, according to the ad...not something we have obviously, and not something I think I want lying around my house...so unless someone else says this is SO awesome that I just MUST get it, then it's a no...

We have TONS of Imaginext...my kids love them! They get tons of use and are sturdy and well made. Maybe Amazon will match the price? I buy a lot of that kind of stuff when TRU does the b2g1 for Geoffrey's birthday sale in September...

Video games are in electronics, and they had a separate line inside our store last year to get into that area. I was probably 40 to 50 people back and got in just fine, and would not have had too long of a wait to get into that area, but I wouldn't have wanted to be any further back. Since I only had a few items to get, and I had scoped out TRU Wed night, I knew right where to go, and was the first one done checking out through the regular registers...

My 3 each have one...my dd who is 2, is a Minnie Mouse FREAK, and they just came out with Disney ones...the Minnie one is cute, but unless they go on sale, I can't justify spending $30 on it!!

I was at TRU 2 hours early last year, and got in in the first group, though for me, I thought I was pretty far back. They handed out tickets for the netbooks and something else I wasn't after. I grabbed what I needed and was one of the first out the door, and out of the parking lot in under 15 minutes...I had NO electronics stuff though, so if you're after any of that, you may be in there longer...

I thought their PA policy was similar to Target's, where it has to be within 14 days? Also, they may give you a hard time about adjusting because you bought it online...Wally World and I think Target, won't match their online prices...
